What an incredible experience at the annual Texas Women’s Conference in Austin! We were absolutely thrilled to join over 4,000 inspiring guests for a day centered around growth and connection. As the "Texas in Bloom" theme took over the city, we partnered with Texas Mutual to bring a unique, tactile experience to life that truly made happiness bloom.

Our interactive flower bar was the talk of the conference, offering a creative sanctuary amidst the bustling event. We curated a stunning buffet of dried botanicals displayed in our signature rental dishes, allowing every guest to hand-pick the blooms that resonated with them most. Once they designed their perfect postcard keepsake, they visited our "budtender" to have their floral arrangements permanently preserved with a custom wax seal.

Watching thousands of women walk away with a personalized piece of art was the highlight of our week. There is something so special about the ritual of selecting flowers and watching the hot wax create a timeless seal, and we are so grateful to have provided that moment of tactile joy. Stepping into Villa Antonia, you're immediately transported to a world of romance, and for this unforgettable wedding, it was transformed into an ethereal dream woven with white, blush, and navy accents. Every detail, from the grand staircase to the intimate tea ceremony, spoke of elegance and personalized charm, all beautifully captured by Mars and Moon Photography.

The bride's bouquet was a masterpiece, a true reflection of her style and the wedding's color palette. As Austin's best event decor and custom painting artists, we poured our hearts into every single detail to create a truly unique and enchanting event. Every piece of signage and every beloved book character, from Pooh to Piglet, was meticulously hand-painted by us, transforming the space into a vivid storybook setting.

We believe that fresh flower arrangements and live event floristry elevate any occasion. For this special reveal, our team designed enchanting Winnie the Pooh-themed florals. We customized every element, even painting the vases to resemble adorable little honey pots, then added honey dippers and cute bee accents for that perfect Pooh vibe. It was like guests were stepping right into the classic book!

To capture the true essence of vintage Winnie the Pooh (not to be mistaken with the '90s Disney style!), we framed pages from the original books, filled with timeless life lessons, and displayed them as charming centerpieces. And for a truly immersive experience, we custom-designed the trees for our 360° photobooth and cake table. You'll do a double-take when you see them—they look incredibly real, but they're actually crafted from birchwood poles, curly willow, and smilax, showcasing our dedication to unique and custom event decor.

As Austin's best florist, we worked closely with our wonderful client to bring their vision to life. The result was a stunning display of fresh flowers that perfectly complemented their colorful palette.

One of the most breathtaking elements of this wedding was the suspended chuppah. Filled with delicate Japanese cherry blossoms, it served as the focal point of their ceremony. The blossoms created a romantic and ethereal atmosphere, and their soft hues perfectly matched the vibrant tones of the rest of the floral design.

But the magic didn't stop there. The cherry blossoms from the chuppah also flowed seamlessly into a spectacular ceiling installation. This intricate and eye-catching arrangement created a sense of wonder and transformed the space into a blooming wonderland. Our team loves a good challenge, and a ceiling installation is always a highlight for us.

For the tables, we designed a mix of centerpieces that were both elegant and warm. For this special event, the incredible team at Waterloo Creative envisioned a breathtaking floral landscape, and we had the honor of bringing their vision to life. The setting was the stunning VUKA Venue, where our fresh flowers transformed the space into an elegant and enchanting scene. The talented Rachel Hall Photography captured every exquisite detail, showcasing the delicate cherry blossoms in all their glory.

To enhance the tablescapes, we integrated our rental decor, featuring elegant tapered candles with LED taper candles. These trios of LED wax candles provided a warm, ambient glow that perfectly complemented the soft floral hues. To add a touch of modern sophistication, we used bud vases in our new Light Sandstone and Sahara Rose colors. These accents added subtle pops of color and texture that tied the entire look together.

Stepping into Edith's Mitzvah was like being transported to a chic Parisian cafe, but with a vibrant, modern twist! We absolutely adored bringing this vision to life, with a sophisticated color palette of marsala, lavender, and lush green setting the stage for a truly unforgettable celebration.

Every detail was meticulously crafted to evoke that quintessential Parisian charm, yet feel fresh and contemporary. Our absolute favorite touches were the lush green grapes and pears nestled among the decor. To create that warm, inviting glow, we incorporated rental tapered candles that cast a soft, romantic light over the entire space. The result was a sophisticated and intimate atmosphere that felt both grand and personal.

The stunning setting at the W Austin provided the perfect backdrop for our modern cafe theme.

For rentals that elevated the entire aesthetic, we turned to Premiere Events, while Austin Projection Mapping added an immersive and dynamic element to the party. The beats were provided by Groovelabs, keeping everyone on their feet. The beautiful floral arrangements, including those perfect bud vases, were the handiwork of Jordan Flowers & Events.

Capturing every cherished moment with their undeniable talent was White Light Exposure Photography, and Rmblr Media created a fantastic video to remember the day. EZBM kept everything running smoothly, and unique touches from Artisan Oddities along with the fun from Oh Happy Day made the event truly special.

Stepping away from our desks and daily routines, we gathered for an evening that perfectly blended sophisticated style with genuine camaraderie. It was truly a night to remember!

The setting was simply stunning. As you can see in the attached photo, the long wooden tables were the centerpiece of an intimate dining area. The lighting was soft, provided mainly by tall, flickering candles that cast a warm, ambient glow across the room. The decor featured lush arrangements of white flowers and greenery, perfectly capturing a refined winter aesthetic without being overly traditional. Each place setting, marked with personalized name cards, felt thoughtful and welcoming. The overall atmosphere, beautifully captured by photographer Rachel Hal, was one of relaxed luxury—exactly what we needed to celebrate a successful year.

The South Congress Hotel is known for its impeccable taste, and the team there transformed the space into our own private haven. From the moment we arrived, the service was seamless, allowing all of us to truly relax and enjoy the company of our colleagues. There’s a certain magic to the hotel's design, with its warm textures and cool, modern edges, which provided the perfect backdrop for our team to connect and toast to the hard work accomplished throughout the year.
