We are a one-stop shop for florals and event décor, delivering on time, on budget, and stress-free.
How do I begin the Jordan Flowers experience?
Once your questionnaire is completed, we will schedule a consultation to review your event details. We then create a proposal with recommended in-season florals. The full balance must be paid 30 days before your event. Budget minimums apply, with exceptions for preferred vendors.

All events have a minimum floral budget requirement. Exceptions may be made for recurring clients or preferred vendor partners.
What is the difference between a $100 arrangement and a $200 arrangement?
A $100 arrangement includes fewer flowers, fewer varieties, and more greenery. A $200 arrangement offers more premium blooms, more variety, and a fuller, more detailed design requiring additional time and production.
What are considered premium flowers?
Premium florals are delicate, high-demand flowers often sourced from Holland or California. Their growing process, quality, and seasonal availability make them more expensive.
What flowers are in season?
Flower availability varies throughout the year. Seasonal blooms will be recommended during your consultation to provide the best quality and value.
Can you purchase flowers out of season?
Yes, but availability can be limited and pricing may increase when a flower must be imported or is not naturally in season.
How long will my flowers last?
Most fresh florals last several days with proper care. Longevity depends on the floral variety and environment.
When do I need to pay?
The full balance is due 30 days prior to your event. A floral contract must also be signed to confirm booking.

What are rental vases?
Rental vases are vessels provided for your arrangements that must be returned after the event. This allows more of your budget to go toward flowers rather than purchasing containers.
Can I keep the arrangements?
Yes — you may keep the florals themselves. Only the rental vases or vessels must be returned.
What are rental flowers?
Rental flowers are high-quality, hand-painted silk florals that can be reused and are ideal for large installations or situations requiring long-lasting designs. They are cost-efficient and hypoallergenic.
What does Jordan Flowers & Events offer outside of flowers?
We offer décor solutions, rental items, installations, plant décor, event styling, and complete event production support.
What is setup and breakdown?
Setup includes delivering, installing, and styling all florals and décor for your event. Breakdown includes post-event removal of florals and rental items so you don’t incur venue cleanup fees.
Do you deliver?
Yes — we provide delivery for events and floral orders. Delivery fees vary based on location, timing, and event requirements. Outside of our 45 miles delivery radius we add gas and hotel accommodations for the team and require a 5k minimum
