A beautiful full white rose mixture with no greenery to create a luxurious modern wedding design. We used flower columns that were great at creating a beautiful ceremony set up then were be able to be repurposed at the reception for the cake table and lounge are to give it that additional awe-inspiring touch. The wedding colors were white and black and the wedding was like something from a Vogue catalog feature! Paris Hilton inspired this black and white wedding set up and we could not be happier for her and with this!! The ceremony floral were able to be reused at the reception to frame the sweetheart table framing the table and the couple. The ground floral were moved to the front of the table and lined the skirt and the ceremony floral stayed where they were. The cake stand was a lush floral install with candles to partner and match the tables. There is nothing more romantic than company in warm candlelight. Hotel Ella provided the milk white dining ware, sterling silver ware, and clear glass goblets. The black linens with white plates and floral was such a modern elegant unique spin and contrasted perfect. Ying to yang, black to white, everything perfectly balanced and simpatico.

Geraldines in downtown Austin is such a wonderful place to host corporate events and groundbreaking ceremony parties. Here was a fun event for the Waterloo Waterline skyrise groundbreaking event. Buie and Co. did the planning Geraldines did the catering from their restaurant, and it was perfect. We did premium orchid modern flower mixtures with green moder accents and tropical leaves for a more corporate style and theme along with pillar candles and cocktail table arrangements for the smaller tables.

🌸 A Mitzvah Blooms with Cherry Blossom Magic 🌸

Planning a Mitzvah is a journey of creating a truly unforgettable experience, and few things capture that magic quite like a stunning floral theme. We were absolutely thrilled to be part of a recent Bar Mitzvah that brought the serene beauty of a Japanese cherry blossom garden to life.

For this special event, the incredible team at Waterloo Creative envisioned a breathtaking floral landscape, and we had the honor of bringing their vision to life. The setting was the stunning VUKA Venue, where our fresh flowers transformed the space into an elegant and enchanting scene. The talented Rachel Hall Photography captured every exquisite detail, showcasing the delicate cherry blossoms in all their glory.

To enhance the tablescapes, we integrated our rental decor, featuring elegant tapered candles with LED taper candles. These trios of LED wax candles provided a warm, ambient glow that perfectly complemented the soft floral hues. To add a touch of modern sophistication, we used bud vases in our new Light Sandstone and Sahara Rose colors. These accents added subtle pops of color and texture that tied the entire look together.

This Bar Mitzvah was a beautiful reminder of how fresh flowers can create a memorable and personal atmosphere for any live event. From the intricate arrangements to the carefully chosen decor, every element came together to celebrate a beautiful milestone.

A Beautiful Villa Antonia Wedding: A Texas Hill Country Love Story

Villa Antonia, a Spanish Tuscan-style estate nestled in the heart of the Texas Hill Country, set the stage for a truly magical wedding day. The air was filled with anticipation as guests gathered for the ceremony, which was held downstairs in the enchanting butterfly garden.

The ceremony flowers were a breathtaking display, with the wedding florist creating a lush, fresh floral arrangement that adorned a circular white stage. This unique stage became the focal point of the ceremony, where the bride and groom exchanged vows. The decor was thoughtfully designed, featuring circular, lush, round ottoman couches in a striking mustard yellow to match the couple's color palette. The Spanish Tuscan villa style provided a romantic and timeless backdrop for this new wedding trend.

Following the heartfelt ceremony, guests moved to the reception, where candlelight flickered, casting a warm glow over the tables. The reception centerpieces were exquisite, with table flowers continuing the elegant theme and adding a touch of romance to the celebration. The reception decor was a perfect blend of rustic charm and sophisticated elegance.

The bride carried a stunning bridal bouquet, a beautiful arrangement of yellow and white flowers that perfectly complemented her gown. The bouquet flowers were a testament to the skill of the event florist, a piece of art that the bride held close throughout the day.

Thea and Michael's Horseshoe Bay Resort wedding day was one of our favorites!! They selected such a classic color palette of ivory, white, and greenery to bring their elegant wedding day to life. Their timeless flowers and decor had our florists swooning over every single floral design! From their lakeside terrace ceremony under the venue's pergola to their reception under strands of golden lights it was simply perfect. For the bridal party bouquets we used traditional style designs with little to no greenery full of premium flowers and lush garden roses. We used our gold harlow stands rentals for each side of the ceremony aisles that were brought in after the ceremony and transformed from aisle floral to table centerpieces. The reception head table was absolutely stunning! With a mixture of our rental clear glass hurricane vase sets and LED pillar candles among the greenery table runner garland and the repurposed aisle flower to give the table height. For their guests tables we used our hurricane vase with candle rentals with floral and greenery in between. Then for the other half, we repurposed the bouquets as centerpieces and tied all of the tables together with greenery and tea light. As a florist, I highly recommend floral like their wedding day since it is so neutral, versatile, elegant, and timeless. A wedding that will forever be beautiful and you will not look back on 20 years from now and ask yourself, "why?". Sheer perfection:)

Modern, sleek, romantic. Tom + Lauren had such an amazing wedding at The Blanton Museum. Using ikebana styled arrangements as the centerpieces with seasonal callas created an artistic Japanese touch. We loved their simple color pallet of white and deep natural greenery but especially loved the ceremony arch installation against the deep blue wall.

Edith's Parisian Dream: A Modern Mitzvah in Marsala, Lavender & Green

Stepping into Edith's Mitzvah was like being transported to a chic Parisian cafe, but with a vibrant, modern twist! We absolutely adored bringing this vision to life, with a sophisticated color palette of marsala, lavender, and lush green setting the stage for a truly unforgettable celebration.

A Feast for the Senses: Decor Highlights

Every detail was meticulously crafted to evoke that quintessential Parisian charm, yet feel fresh and contemporary. Our absolute favorite touches were the lush green grapes and pears nestled among the decor. These natural elements added a touch of rustic elegance and a beautiful organic feel that perfectly complemented our chosen colors.

To create that warm, inviting glow, we incorporated rental tapered candles that cast a soft, romantic light over the entire space. These were perfectly paired with the most exquisite flower accents in delicate bud vases, strategically placed to add pops of color and fragrant beauty without overwhelming the modern cafe aesthetic. The result was a sophisticated and intimate atmosphere that felt both grand and personal.

This incredible event wouldn't have been possible without an amazing team of vendors who brought their A-game. Waterloo Creative truly were the mastermind planners behind every exquisite detail, and their vision brought Edith's Parisian dream to life in the most spectacular way. The stunning setting at the W Austin provided the perfect backdrop for our modern cafe theme.

For rentals that elevated the entire aesthetic, we turned to Premiere Events, while Austin Projection Mapping added an immersive and dynamic element to the party. The beats were provided by Groovelabs, keeping everyone on their feet. The beautiful floral arrangements, including those perfect bud vases, were the handiwork of Jordan Flowers & Events.

Capturing every cherished moment with their undeniable talent was White Light Exposure Photography, and Rmblr Media created a fantastic video to remember the day. EZBM kept everything running smoothly, and unique touches from Artisan Oddities along with the fun from Oh Happy Day made the event truly special.

Edith's Mitzvah was a testament to how personal touches, a stunning color palette, and a collaborative team can create an event that is both meaningful and breathtakingly beautiful. It was a true pleasure to be a part of this modern Parisian cafe celebration!

Our corporate clients are always so much fun! Like this awards gala at Thompson Hotel in downtown Austin. The company colors were Navy and white and our favorite was the podium. The clear podium was decked out in a greenery installation halo that wrapped around was a great stage addition with out taking up too much space and doing the same ground arrangements as you see at every event. Austin event season is always the busiest in October-December.

Hill Country modern elegance is the best way to describe the fairy tale floral. With wedding flowers that are native to Austin Texas hill country as well as premium imported flowers this bouquet is a bit moody, but great throughout the year. Mae's Ridge was the perfect venue to embrace the dusty colored floral and on the white walls the emerald green ceremony arch really popped out making it a truly enchanting bride and wedding day.

A Blossoming Love Story: Judd and Olga's South Congress Hotel Wedding

Judd and Olga's wedding at the South Congress Hotel was a vibrant celebration of their love, and we were honored to be their floral vendor. As Austin's best florist, we worked closely with our wonderful client to bring their vision to life. The result was a stunning display of fresh flowers that perfectly complemented their colorful palette.

One of the most breathtaking elements of this wedding was the suspended chuppah. Filled with delicate Japanese cherry blossoms, it served as the focal point of their ceremony. The blossoms created a romantic and ethereal atmosphere, and their soft hues perfectly matched the vibrant tones of the rest of the floral design.

But the magic didn't stop there. The cherry blossoms from the chuppah also flowed seamlessly into a spectacular ceiling installation. This intricate and eye-catching arrangement created a sense of wonder and transformed the space into a blooming wonderland. Our team loves a good challenge, and a ceiling installation is always a highlight for us.

For the tables, we designed a mix of centerpieces that were both elegant and warm. We incorporated a variety of our rental vases filled with beautiful blooms, and intermingled them with an array of candles. The combination of candlelight and floral arrangements created a cozy and intimate ambiance for their guests to enjoy.

Sara and Michael's moody winter burgundy, melon, white, and natural greenery wedding at One Eleven East was perfect for their winter wedding. Modern gold decorations, accompanied with our rental brass candles stick holders with a silver dollar and italian ruskus greenery garland table runner for all of the tables. Sara's cascading waterfall took 2 florists to design, but it was so worth it. Sara asked for a large bouquet that went down to her feet and with very full and that is exactly we she had! One of our favorite features of this wedding was their amazing staircase full of flowers and greenery that flowed down the banister to the floor with a pillar candle mixture set. The greenery was grouped in certain areas too to look thicker and more lush but led the eyes straight to the yummy wedding cake table.
