This year’s 40 Under 40 Gala at the JW Marriott Austin gave us the perfect canvas to push the boundaries of traditional corporate event design. Guided by an upscale celestial theme, "Over the Moon in Austin," our team brought the galaxy indoors using a sophisticated, rich color palette of navy blue, deep purple, and shimmering gold accents.

From the second attendees walked in to the final awards presentation, the atmosphere felt exclusive, modern, and perfectly tailored for a high-profile celebration.

Making a Red Carpet Statement

First impressions set the tone for the entire evening, and for a crowd of top professionals, we wanted to create an unforgettable arrival. For the step-and-repeat banner, we designed custom flanking floral installations on each side. Instead of standard corporate arrangements, these were lush, textured designs featuring deep purples and dramatic navy tones, balanced by structural gold elements that caught the camera flashes perfectly. It provided a dramatic framing for the arrivals, turning a standard photo opp into a high-end red carpet moment.

Our favorite part of the evening’s setup was a massive floral installation that brought a touch of natural wonder indoors. We designed and suspended a mid-air flower tin installation, crafted to look as though it was magically pouring a vibrant waterfall of blossoms directly into the room.

Connecting this floating focal point was a lush, sweeping greenery garland that stretched over 500 feet long, weaving its way through the venue and bringing the entire environment to life. To celebrate this milestone, TRIBEZA hosted a dazzling Silver Anniversary Party at the summit of The Loren, marking a quarter-century of curated storytelling and the highly anticipated release of its 25th Anniversary issue.

The evening served as a living retrospective of the city's evolution, gathering the icons, artists, and cultural architects who have graced the magazine’s pages since its inception. Against a backdrop of sweeping skyline views, the atmosphere was electric with the shared history of the visionaries who have defined Austin’s unique character.

Every detail of the celebration mirrored the magazine’s commitment to local artistry and refined aesthetics. Jordan Flowers & Events transformed the space with breathtaking floral arrangements that captured the elegance of the silver milestone. Guests indulged in a stunning anniversary cake by Butter Days and delighted in custom magazine cover cookies from Kellie’s Baking Co., a sweet nod to twenty-five years of iconic print design.

Between the toasts and the music, Smilebooth was on hand to capture the laughter and reunions of the legends who have shaped the city. A Vision in Rouge: The Christian Louboutin Flower Bar at The Domain

Step into the world of Christian Louboutin, and you are immediately met with a signature sense of drama, elegance, and that unmistakable flash of red. When we were invited to create a bespoke flower bar for their exclusive client event at The Domain, we knew the floral design had to be as structurally perfect and visually arresting as a pair of So Kates. The goal was to provide guests with a tactile, luxury experience that mirrored the craftsmanship of the maison while celebrating the vibrant energy of spring.

Designing with the Iconic Red Sole in Mind

The color palette was non-negotiable. To honor the brand’s heritage, we curated a selection of blooms that transitioned from deep, moody magentas to the quintessential Louboutin red. We sourced premium black-center anemones to mimic the contrast of a dark stiletto against skin, paired with lush "Red Explorer" roses and delicate ranunculus. By incorporating architectural elements like tall, sleek calla lilies, we ensured the flower bar felt elevated and modern rather than traditionally rustic.

The Interactive Client Experience

As clients browsed the latest collections, they were invited to visit the flower bar to have a custom bouquet crafted on the spot. This wasn't just about handing out flowers; it was an artisanal moment. Our florists worked with each guest to select stems that resonated with their personal style, wrapping each arrangement in high-end, matte black paper secured with crimson silk ribbons. The juxtaposition of the soft petals against the sharp lines of the boutique’s interior created a stunning visual narrative that kept cameras clicking all afternoon.

Hosting this activation at The Domain provided the perfect backdrop of high-end fashion and sophisticated foot traffic. The flower bar served as a living extension of the window displays, drawing people into the Louboutin universe through scent and color. When Waterloo Creative brought us on board to design the floral and decor for a Havana Nights themed party at 800 Congress, the Jordan Flowers & Events team knew it was time to bring the heat. The Grand Entrance

First impressions are everything. As guests walked into the venue, they were immediately greeted by a massive, show-stopping orchid and palm installation. We carefully selected the most vibrant fresh flower varieties to set an energetic, tropical mood from the very first step. Designing impactful entrance pieces is one of the many reasons we strive to be the best austin florist for immersive, experiential events.

Lush Tablescapes and Indoor Jungles

The main dining area was an absolute tropical dream. To create that authentic Havana club atmosphere, we designed towering large palm arrangements displayed on elegant gold stands, drawing the eye upward toward the incredible atmosphere created by Austin Event Lighting.

Down the center of the gorgeous green tables, we placed lush tropical flowers and scattered candles everywhere. The warm, flickering candlelight glowing against the rich linens, woven rattan chargers, and modern pink chairs created an incredibly inviting ambiance. To complete the immersive Havana vibe, we brought in loads of our fresh palm tree and plant rental options. A Maestro's Dream: Vibrant Floral Design for the Austin Symphony Orchestra

When bringing a visionary theme to life, the right combination of design, lighting, and spectacular blooms makes all the difference. We recently had the incredible opportunity to serve as the event florist for a breathtaking evening supporting the Austin Symphony Orchestra at the Junior League of Austin. Masterfully planned by Pink Cactus Productions, this unforgettable texas event was a true celebration of artistry, where the musical genius of the past met the vibrant energy of the future.

Surreal Design Meets Historical Inspiration

The event's theme, "Maestro's Dream: Journey Through Time", called for an imaginative and immersive atmosphere. As your dedicated austin florist, we stepped away from traditional palettes and fully embraced bright, vibrant colors, utilizing striking shades of fuchsia, pink, purple, and teal.

Our tablescapes were designed to be conversation starters. We incorporated surrealist, time-bending elements like melting clocks nestled directly into the lush centerpieces alongside classic hourglasses. To honor the historical music influences, elegant gold frames featuring classical portraits were paired with bright teal vases bursting with deep purple and magenta blooms. To complete the moody, theatrical glow, we illuminated the vibrant austin flowers using our stunning collection of candelabras, classic pillar candles, and gold mercury pillar candles.

An Immersive Floral Experience

Providing the best austin event flowers means creating a sensory journey from the very first step inside the venue. Guests were immediately greeted by the enchanting sounds of a live harpist, seated on a podium completely enveloped in full, lush floral arrangements.

As attendees moved toward the main entertainment space, the stage served as a breathtaking focal point. We framed the entire stage with magnificent blooms resting on top of facades, with flowers dramatically cascading down the front of our rental columns. This seamless integration of fresh botanicals and premium rental decor perfectly bridged the gap between architecture and nature, showcasing exactly what the best luxury flower and florists can bring to a large-scale production.

A production of this magnitude requires an ensemble of incredible vendors. Ilios Lighting brought the "future meets past" vision to life with custom illumination, while Party at the Moontower and Premiere Events provided the exquisite lounge furnishings and foundational event rentals. Guests enjoyed culinary masterpieces by Soho Catering and were captivated by the strolling entertainment and whimsical performers from Artisan Oddities.
