When Waterloo Creative brought us on board to design the floral and decor for a Havana Nights themed party at 800 Congress, the Jordan Flowers & Events team knew it was time to bring the heat. The Grand Entrance

First impressions are everything. As guests walked into the venue, they were immediately greeted by a massive, show-stopping orchid and palm installation. We carefully selected the most vibrant fresh flower varieties to set an energetic, tropical mood from the very first step. Designing impactful entrance pieces is one of the many reasons we strive to be the best austin florist for immersive, experiential events.

Lush Tablescapes and Indoor Jungles

The main dining area was an absolute tropical dream. To create that authentic Havana club atmosphere, we designed towering large palm arrangements displayed on elegant gold stands, drawing the eye upward toward the incredible atmosphere created by Austin Event Lighting.

Down the center of the gorgeous green tables, we placed lush tropical flowers and scattered candles everywhere. The warm, flickering candlelight glowing against the rich linens, woven rattan chargers, and modern pink chairs created an incredibly inviting ambiance. To complete the immersive Havana vibe, we brought in loads of our fresh palm tree and plant rental options. A Maestro's Dream: Vibrant Floral Design for the Austin Symphony Orchestra

When bringing a visionary theme to life, the right combination of design, lighting, and spectacular blooms makes all the difference. We recently had the incredible opportunity to serve as the event florist for a breathtaking evening supporting the Austin Symphony Orchestra at the Junior League of Austin. Masterfully planned by Pink Cactus Productions, this unforgettable texas event was a true celebration of artistry, where the musical genius of the past met the vibrant energy of the future.

Surreal Design Meets Historical Inspiration

The event's theme, "Maestro's Dream: Journey Through Time", called for an imaginative and immersive atmosphere. As your dedicated austin florist, we stepped away from traditional palettes and fully embraced bright, vibrant colors, utilizing striking shades of fuchsia, pink, purple, and teal.

Our tablescapes were designed to be conversation starters. We incorporated surrealist, time-bending elements like melting clocks nestled directly into the lush centerpieces alongside classic hourglasses. To honor the historical music influences, elegant gold frames featuring classical portraits were paired with bright teal vases bursting with deep purple and magenta blooms. To complete the moody, theatrical glow, we illuminated the vibrant austin flowers using our stunning collection of candelabras, classic pillar candles, and gold mercury pillar candles.

An Immersive Floral Experience

Providing the best austin event flowers means creating a sensory journey from the very first step inside the venue. Guests were immediately greeted by the enchanting sounds of a live harpist, seated on a podium completely enveloped in full, lush floral arrangements.

As attendees moved toward the main entertainment space, the stage served as a breathtaking focal point. We framed the entire stage with magnificent blooms resting on top of facades, with flowers dramatically cascading down the front of our rental columns. In March 2025, we had the privilege of providing custom floral and plant decor for The Female Quotient (FQ) Lounge™, hosted at the iconic Waller Creek Boathouse.

The FQ Lounge™ has long been known as "the place where business happens," serving as a vital hub for industry leaders to connect, collaborate, and tackle the pressing questions surrounding gender equality in the workplace and beyond.

Our goal for the 2025 activation was to create a "female-forward" environment that was as inspiring as the conversations taking place within it. What an incredible experience at the annual Texas Women’s Conference in Austin! We were absolutely thrilled to join over 4,000 inspiring guests for a day centered around growth and connection. As the "Texas in Bloom" theme took over the city, we partnered with Texas Mutual to bring a unique, tactile experience to life that truly made happiness bloom.

Our interactive flower bar was the talk of the conference, offering a creative sanctuary amidst the bustling event. We curated a stunning buffet of dried botanicals displayed in our signature rental dishes, allowing every guest to hand-pick the blooms that resonated with them most. Once they designed their perfect postcard keepsake, they visited our "budtender" to have their floral arrangements permanently preserved with a custom wax seal.

Watching thousands of women walk away with a personalized piece of art was the highlight of our week. There is something so special about the ritual of selecting flowers and watching the hot wax create a timeless seal, and we are so grateful to have provided that moment of tactile joy. It was a beautiful reminder of how small, intentional details can make a massive impact at a large-scale event.

Our pop up European flower bar is the gift that keep giving and genuinely makes happiness bloom. One of our favorite clients, YETI hired us to surprise their employees with a quarterly appreciation gift and surprise...US! We transformed their office entrance into a European Flower market with an outdoor rugged YETI feel using all of the company's buckets and cooler to help with the preservation of the flowers and stay on brand. With the release of their new Yonder water bottles they gifted to all of their employees in one building, then when they came into their work building, they were surprised by our flower bar aromatics and greeted by our lovely "bud-tenders". they filled their new product with water er and then got to go shopping at the flower market to get loaded on flowers!! This is the only bar it is ok to get loaded at work:) Everyone was able to get creative with the flowers that were the company colors choose what they wanted and step up to the bar to have our budtenders create the most beautiful, customized arrangements for their employees! This truly is the gift of happiness that is able to bloom as everyone was so happy and grateful. Some were keeping for their home, some desk, and some had a partner and mom in mind to give it to. Such a fun Austin Corporate event and we had such an awesome time being able to provide the best for the best! Fresh flowers came right off the planes and delivered straight to YETI for their 450 employees.
