Stepping into Havana: A Tropical Corporate Event in Austin
Welcome to a spectacular corporate event that transported guests straight to a vibrant, tropical paradise! When Waterloo Creative brought us on board to design the floral and decor for a Havana Nights themed party at 800 Congress, the Jordan Flowers & Events team knew it was time to bring the heat. The Grand Entrance
First impressions are everything. As guests walked into the venue, they were immediately greeted by a massive, show-stopping orchid and palm installation. We carefully selected the most vibrant fresh flower varieties to set an energetic, tropical mood from the very first step. Designing impactful entrance pieces is one of the many reasons we strive to be the best austin florist for immersive, experiential events.
Lush Tablescapes and Indoor Jungles
The main dining area was an absolute tropical dream. To create that authentic Havana club atmosphere, we designed towering large palm arrangements displayed on elegant gold stands, drawing the eye upward toward the incredible atmosphere created by Austin Event Lighting.
Down the center of the gorgeous green tables, we placed lush tropical flowers and scattered candles everywhere. The warm, flickering candlelight glowing against the rich linens, woven rattan chargers, and modern pink chairs created an incredibly inviting ambiance. As an experienced austin event florist, we love playing with height, texture, and light to bring a theme to life.
To complete the immersive Havana vibe, we brought in loads of our fresh palm tree and plant rental options. A Maestro's Dream: Vibrant Floral Design for the Austin Symphony Orchestra
When bringing a visionary theme to life, the right combination of design, lighting, and spectacular blooms makes all the difference. We recently had the incredible opportunity to serve as the event florist for a breathtaking evening supporting the Austin Symphony Orchestra at the Junior League of Austin. Masterfully planned by Pink Cactus Productions, this unforgettable texas event was a true celebration of artistry, where the musical genius of the past met the vibrant energy of the future.
Surreal Design Meets Historical Inspiration
The event's theme, "Maestro's Dream: Journey Through Time", called for an imaginative and immersive atmosphere. As your dedicated austin florist, we stepped away from traditional palettes and fully embraced bright, vibrant colors, utilizing striking shades of fuchsia, pink, purple, and teal.
Our tablescapes were designed to be conversation starters. We incorporated surrealist, time-bending elements like melting clocks nestled directly into the lush centerpieces alongside classic hourglasses. To honor the historical music influences, elegant gold frames featuring classical portraits were paired with bright teal vases bursting with deep purple and magenta blooms. To complete the moody, theatrical glow, we illuminated the vibrant austin flowers using our stunning collection of candelabras, classic pillar candles, and gold mercury pillar candles.
An Immersive Floral Experience
Providing the best austin event flowers means creating a sensory journey from the very first step inside the venue. Guests were immediately greeted by the enchanting sounds of a live harpist, seated on a podium completely enveloped in full, lush floral arrangements.
As attendees moved toward the main entertainment space, the stage served as a breathtaking focal point. We framed the entire stage with magnificent blooms resting on top of facades, with flowers dramatically cascading down the front of our rental columns. This seamless integration of fresh botanicals and premium rental decor perfectly bridged the gap between architecture and nature, showcasing exactly what the best luxury flower and florists can bring to a large-scale production.

A production of this magnitude requires an ensemble of incredible vendors. Ilios Lighting brought the "future meets past" vision to life with custom illumination, while Party at the Moontower and Premiere Events provided the exquisite lounge furnishings and foundational event rentals. Guests enjoyed culinary masterpieces by Soho Catering and were captivated by the strolling entertainment and whimsical performers from Artisan Oddities.

✨ Timeless Romance Meets Historic Grandeur: Kamryn and Garret's Driskill Wedding
There are few places in Austin that capture the essence of Texas history and timeless luxury quite like The Driskill . When we had the honor of providing the flowers and decor for Kamryn and Garret’s wedding day, our goal was to create an atmosphere that felt both grandly traditional and intimately romantic, perfectly complementing the couple's personal style and the hotel’s iconic architecture.
The day was a masterclass in elegant coordination, thanks to a phenomenal team of vendors who worked seamlessly to bring every detail to life.
The Floral Vision: Classic White and Lush Greenery
Kamryn and Garret chose a breathtakingly classic palette of creamy white blooms and rich, textural greenery. This combination is always a perfect match for the Driskill's ornate ballrooms and dramatic ceilings.
We focused on creating high-impact installations that drew the eye upward and maximized the vertical space of the venue. For a truly unforgettable atmosphere, we accented the iconic architecture of the venue. Above the main area, we created a breathtaking floral canopy by adorning the existing gilded chandeliers with cascades of white roses and orchids (as seen in the ). Additionally, the grand fireplace mantle was transformed with a lush, sprawling garland of greenery and white roses, flanked by elegant white pedestals holding structural arrangements, setting a classic and romantic focal point in the room (as seen in the ).
The ceremony area was defined by abundant floral pillars, framing the couple with a cascade of roses and hydrangeas. In the reception space, we utilized tall, graceful centerpieces that blended structural elegance with organic softness, ensuring the room felt lush and celebratory without being cluttered. Every element, from the bridal bouquet to the small details on the cocktail tables, was designed to contribute to a cohesive and utterly romantic environment.
A Seamless Event at an Iconic Venue
The Driskill is more than just a venue; it is a character in the wedding day story. The Driskill team ensured every moment, from the catering to the service, was executed with renowned elegance. Guiding the entire process was the incredibly organized team from Eclipse Event Co.
The energy of the reception was unforgettable. Music was provided by the fantastic Love & Happiness band, managed by Drew Davis, whose high-energy performance kept the dance floor packed all night. The celebration was filled with unique touches, including delicious treats from Fancy Fluf cotton candy, and late-night fun with video games provided by Game Plan—a perfect blend of tradition and modern excitement.
Every gorgeous detail of the day was expertly captured by Fallon Stoval Photography (Fallon Stoval) , whose timeless style perfectly matched the elegant tone of the wedding. Meanwhile, Sound Originals was on hand to document the memories in video form.
The day concluded with Kamryn and Garret making their grand exit in a classic send-off car provided by ATX Classic Cars, marking a perfect end to a beautiful celebration of love.

As soon as we spotted this dreamlike blush pink ranch wedding, we knew that we had to share! We are loving all of the magical details of Leslie Montgomery and Dakota Wilson’s big day. The bride looked truly stunning accompanied perfectly by her bridesmaids who were in blush pink, all with beautiful white and pink blooms from Jordan Flowers & Events. Pecan Springs Ranch provided the most enchanting backdrop for their outdoor ceremony, and Leslie and Dakota’s blissful “just married” smiles coming back down the aisle are contagious. The couple kicked off the reception with a champagne seating chart from Catering With A Twist to start celebrating the new Mr. and Mrs. Wilson – cheers to the happy couple! Coral Charm at The Mansion
These classic floral were totally transformed the moment our coral charm peonies were partnered with our modern gold metals stands and table table centerpieces. We used our 42" gold harlow stands along with our 32" gold rental stands during the ceremony in front of the timeless white mantle with green sprawling up and down the poles cascading up the top and tapered down. These simple greenery touches transformed the venue mantle into the most unique background and marble floors. The mirrors created a bright open feel to the ceremony along with the white picket guest chairs. We used simple italian ruskus swags to line the chairs and create floral chair attachments. After the ceremony we moved the stands behind the guest table and created a greenery arch to frame the beautiful head table with white linens. We used the small stand centerpieces from the ceremony onto the sweetheart table along with our modern gold wreath hoop pillar candle holders and hurricane pillars with floral on top. We always recommend light greenery or high arrangements for 6 ft t ables to give the guests more room. For the round tables we used greenery wreath with floral accents and gold rental decor to match the head table.

Last month, the Austin chapter of NACE (National Association for Catering and Events) hosted their October monthly meeting, and our team was thrilled to be the floral sponsor! Set against the beautiful backdrop of the Waller Creek Boathouse, the afternoon was a perfect blend of professional networking, delicious food, live music, and hands-on creativity.

The setting at Waller Creek Boathouse | 74 Trinity St, Austin, TX 74701 offered stunning views and a relaxed atmosphere right by the water, perfectly complementing the energetic spirit of the NACE community. It was a joy to see guests arrive dressed in the fun, thematic colors of pink, green, or blue, bringing a vibrant energy to the business casual attire.

Clare & Greg's wedding day at Woodbine Mansion was like something from a movie. Their wedding colors were light blue and white and every detail covered. Clare's asymetrical bouquet had white wedding spirit roses along with light blue delphinium for the blue accents. Blue pastorale print linens from Premiere Events are a perfect fit for these blue and white European style arrangements in our rental brass urn vases at Woodbine Mansion. Saulnier Weddings partnered their antique glass bead chargers and voila! A stunning antique French table setting for an amazing wedding day. Ceremony floral that can be reused flawlessly at the reception are our favorite. Premiere Events provided the clear acrylic columns and we designed asymmetrical floral that cascaded down on each side of our urn rental brass vases to be used on the guest tables after. Then, to frame the bottom of each columns we made 2 beautiful "L" shaped floral to be moved from the floor to the DJ booth after. So unique, modern, and gorgeous!!

But for this special evening, we were tasked with transforming a sophisticated space into an ethereal realm, a theme we called "Alchemy." They stepped through an immersive tunnel of flowers, a breathtaking passageway crafted from thousands of blossoms that seemed to defy gravity. The "Alchemy" theme was brought to life through a series of carefully curated floral installations. Tables were adorned with what we fondly called "alchemist floral arrangements." Imagine delicate, otherworldly blooms seemingly growing from clouds, interspersed with mystical light orbs that cast a soft, enchanting glow throughout the room. Such a fun summer time wedding with bright beautiful coral and orange with pops of red Old Town Texas Wedding. We had gold on the table for our accents, our rental gold mercury pillar candles with floral bud vases and flower accents. Coral and orange dreamy flower bouquets with hint of red for good luck.

Cassidy + Austin
Cassidy and Austin got married at Brodie Homestead in downtown Austin. It was a day everyone was so eager to greet as the couple had to postpone their wedding for almost 2 years due to COVID. While they had an intimate ceremony before, this was a special day for they were finally able to celebrate with all of their friends and family. After a delay and a pandemic their wedding day was absolutely perfect! This couple was so sweet and we were happy to bring their personalities through our floral and decor. They wanted a simple, minimalist style that was also timeless and romantic. I would say it was nailed. We created a natural vine like arch that look as if it was growing up the wall on both sides of the couple framing their ceremony with flowers that lined the aisle. After the ceremony, the aisle arrangements were able to be repurposed along with the bridesmaids bouquets to the guest reception tables. Their colors were ivory, white, and natural greenery and to reflect their style we went with O'hara garden roses, scabiosa, tibet roses, ivory spray roses, rananculus, eucalyptus, and italian ruskus greenery mixture.

Bridgerton Theme Dell Event
Dearest Readers, Have You Heard the Latest? Dell Goes Full Bridgerton!
Prepare yourselves, for a most delightful affair recently unfolded across the nation – a truly grand Bridgerton-themed event for Dell, brought to life with exquisite detail and unparalleled elegance! We had the distinct honor of transforming Dell offices across the country into Regency-era ballrooms, a feat of immersive design that would surely earn Lady Whistledown's highest praise.
A Venue Adorned: Silks, Wisteria, and Floral Splendor
Our vision for this event was to transport every guest directly into the world of the Bridgerton series, and no detail was overlooked. The sheer scale of the transformation was breathtaking: silks draped all over the venue, creating an opulent and luxurious atmosphere reminiscent of a grand country estate.
One of the most enchanting elements was the pergola, which we meticulously adorned with a stunning wisteria flower installation. It truly looked as though the delicate purple blooms had grown organically up the structure, creating a romantic and picturesque focal point that was perfect for photo opportunities. Beyond the pergola, flower installations bloomed all over the tables and around the venue space, ensuring that every corner was a testament to the lush gardens and floral artistry synonymous with the Bridgerton aesthetic.
