Clare & Greg's wedding day  at Woodbine Mansion was like something from a movie. Their wedding colors were light blue and white and every detail covered.  Clare's asymetrical bouquet had white wedding spirit roses along with light blue delphinium for the blue accents. Blue pastorale print linens from Premiere Events are a perfect fit for these blue and white European style arrangements in our rental brass urn vases at Woodbine Mansion. Saulnier Weddings partnered their antique glass bead chargers and voila! A stunning antique French table setting for an amazing wedding day. Ceremony floral that can be reused flawlessly at the reception are our favorite. Premiere Events provided the clear acrylic columns and we designed asymmetrical floral that cascaded down on each side of our urn rental brass vases to be used on the guest tables after. Then, to frame the bottom of each columns we made 2 beautiful "L" shaped  floral to be moved from the floor to the DJ booth after. So unique, modern, and gorgeous!!

A Touch of Alchemy: Transforming a Dallas Afterparty into a Mystical Floral Wonderland

Arlington, TX – The energy was electric at the Lowe Hotel in Arlington for the exclusive Club RPM afterparty. When you think of a corporate event, you might not immediately picture a world of mystical enchantment. But for this special evening, we were tasked with transforming a sophisticated space into an ethereal realm, a theme we called "Alchemy." As a leading Texas florist, this was a challenge we embraced with creativity and passion, proving that with the right vision, event flowers can be pure magic.

Guests were welcomed into a different dimension the moment they arrived. They stepped through an immersive tunnel of flowers, a breathtaking passageway crafted from thousands of blossoms that seemed to defy gravity. It was an entrance that promised an extraordinary experience, setting the stage for the night's mystical journey.

The "Alchemy" theme was brought to life through a series of carefully curated floral installations. Tables were adorned with what we fondly called "alchemist floral arrangements." Imagine delicate, otherworldly blooms seemingly growing from clouds, interspersed with mystical light orbs that cast a soft, enchanting glow throughout the room. These weren't just centerpieces; they were conversation starters, pieces of living art that captured the essence of transformation and wonder. The air was filled with the subtle fragrance of fresh blossoms, creating a sensory experience that transported guests far from the everyday.

This spectacular corporate event was a testament to the power of imagination and the dedication of our team. Such a fun summer time wedding with bright beautiful coral and orange with pops of red Old Town Texas Wedding. We had gold on the table for our accents, our rental gold mercury pillar candles with floral bud vases and flower accents. Coral and orange dreamy flower bouquets with hint of red for good luck.

Cassidy and Austin got married at Brodie Homestead in downtown Austin. It was a day everyone was so eager to greet as the couple had to postpone their wedding for almost 2 years due to COVID. While they had an intimate ceremony before, this was a special day for they were finally able to celebrate with all of their friends and family. After a delay and a pandemic their wedding day was absolutely perfect! This couple was so sweet and we were happy to bring their personalities through our floral and decor. They wanted a simple, minimalist style that was also timeless and romantic. I would say it was nailed. We created a natural vine like arch that look as if it was growing up the wall on both sides of the couple framing their ceremony with flowers that lined the aisle. After the ceremony, the aisle arrangements were able to be repurposed along with the bridesmaids bouquets to the guest reception tables. Their colors were ivory, white, and natural greenery and to reflect their style we went with O'hara garden roses, scabiosa, tibet roses, ivory spray roses, rananculus, eucalyptus, and italian ruskus greenery mixture.

Prepare yourselves, for a most delightful affair recently unfolded across the nation – a truly grand Bridgerton-themed event for Dell, brought to life with exquisite detail and unparalleled elegance! We had the distinct honor of transforming Dell offices across the country into Regency-era ballrooms, a feat of immersive design that would surely earn Lady Whistledown's highest praise.

A Venue Adorned: Silks, Wisteria, and Floral Splendor

Our vision for this event was to transport every guest directly into the world of the Bridgerton series, and no detail was overlooked. The sheer scale of the transformation was breathtaking: silks draped all over the venue, creating an opulent and luxurious atmosphere reminiscent of a grand country estate.

One of the most enchanting elements was the pergola, which we meticulously adorned with a stunning wisteria flower installation. It truly looked as though the delicate purple blooms had grown organically up the structure, creating a romantic and picturesque focal point that was perfect for photo opportunities. Beyond the pergola, flower installations bloomed all over the tables and around the venue space, ensuring that every corner was a testament to the lush gardens and floral artistry synonymous with the Bridgerton aesthetic.

A Dream Team of Visionaries

Bringing such an ambitious and widespread event to life required a truly exceptional team of vendors. We were thrilled to collaborate with the very best:

• Eclipse Events Coordination orchestrated the intricate logistics of this nationwide spectacle with flawless precision. Their impeccable planning ensured that every silk drape, every bloom, and every actor was exactly where they needed to be.
• Artisan Oddities Actors truly brought the world of Bridgerton to life! Their authentic portrayals of Regency characters added an immersive layer of entertainment that delighted guests and made them feel as though they had truly stepped back in time.
• And what is a grand ball without exquisite refreshments? Michelle's Patisserie delighted all palates with their divine catering, offering treats fit for royalty.

This Dell Bridgerton event was a magnificent testament to the power of immersive design and seamless collaboration. It was an honor to create such a memorable and enchanting experience, proving that even in the modern world, a touch of Regency romance can truly captivate and charm. Brittany and Mbiyimoh's romantic winter wedding at Woodbine Mansion in Round Rock, Texas, outside of Austin, Texas was absolutely glamorous and timeless. We loved their classic white and ivory flower tones with dark green accents in the bouquets to match their tables. Brittany had the most elegant phalenopsis orchid cascading in the front of her asymmetrical natural garden rose bouquet. Her bridesmaids had sleek black dresses that were a beautiful contrast to their bouquets to really pop while they walked down the aisle. Simplicity paired with luxurious flowers is the ultimate combination. We loved the harvest guest table set up with white candles lined down the table to create a romantic ambiance but then add the dark green lush greenery garland and absolute reception rectangle guest table perfection! A breath of fresh air, this wedding editorial by the best vendors Austin has to offer is full of natural bliss. Every scene comes to life in images captured by the ever-talented Joslyn Holtfort Photography. The unique setting at Altstadt Brewery’s garden space was perfect for this refined garden-boho scheme where vibrant oranges and soft pinks bursted from each installment by Jordan Flowers & Events. Adding a touch of that Austin flair, Vannagram & Co. Mobile Photo Booth‘s new pink photo bus provided a fun hang out space alongside the traditional “selfie station.” The Pet Gal provided the best care to our model pup, Nora, attending to her every need as the day proceeded! The model bride wore a gorgeous gown from Blush Bridal Lounge featuring a low-V neck and floral embroidery design. Topped with jewels from Nicole Mera, a fresh makeup look and boho hairstyle from Level 12 Salon, she was ready for her best day ever. Watercolor ATX completed this vendor dream team, with custom illustrations of the wedding venue – a true work of art and a must-have wedding keepsake if we say so ourselves. It is always so much fun when color is involved and there was soo much fun gong on at this wedding at The Bob Bullock Museum Downtown Austin. We had am ombre toned petal aisle that went down the aisle to flowers on each side and fun column floral installations on each side. The acrylic chairs were the perfect modern touch to highlight the colors. Hot pink, sexy red, lush greenery that filled the aisle and the ceremony site. Our bride had modern asymmetrical designs with little greenery and more flower pops.

We recently had the immense pleasure of throwing an unforgettable grand opening party for the incredible team at Bloom Supps to celebrate their stunning new Bloom HQ! It was a day filled with sunshine, vibrant colors, delicious flavors, and the best kind of energy, perfectly capturing the spirit of growth and vitality that Bloom represents.

The large, white "BLOOM" sign, framed by brilliant blooms (just like the one in the photo!), served as the perfect backdrop for countless photos.
• The Vibe Setters: Eclipse Events handled the expert planning and execution, ensuring every detail flowed seamlessly, while the beautiful, curated furnishings from Moontower Rentals provided comfortable and chic seating areas for guests to relax and mingle. The stylish table settings provided by Table Manners elevated the entire dining experience.
• The Soundtrack: The atmosphere was perfected by the talented @riellamusic_, whose live music added a sophisticated and energetic layer to the afternoon.

No grand opening is complete without exceptional hospitality, and this party was truly next level:

• Culinary Delights: Guests enjoyed fantastic catering service provided by Nova Hospitality, offering delicious bites that kept everyone satisfied. For a sweet treat, @gati.atx served up some truly delightful, unique desserts.
• Crafted Cocktails: The bar, expertly managed by Elevate Bartending, served up refreshing drinks, including specialty cocktails featuring the smooth taste of @cazcabeltequila.
• Unique Experiences: The event featured engaging elements like the beautiful custom hat bar by West Hill Hat Collection, where guests could create their own unique accessories, and the fun, interactive photo booth provided by Homestead Photobooth Co., capturing memories throughout the day.

Did we already mention corporate events are back in full swing this year?! But seriously, we have had the most fun event themes this year and table centerpieces that are unique, different, and perfect for our clients' events. This event was such a fun flower set up. With over 400 guests in attendance as well as 4 different table centerpieces styles to make them all similar but different since there were over 50 tables! Our client's provided their custom plush dogs and sent to us with their logo to add to all of the table centerpieces. Austin City Limits Theater was the perfect venue set up for creating an amazing live event space for your attendees to feel like they are a part of the rich Austin history and all of the performers that have stepped foot on the stage. From SXSW to ACL we have Austin's best flowers/ florist for you!
