When it comes to weddings we will never forget, Kara and Zach's take the cake. It is by far one of top favorite weddings we had the opportunity to be apart of. It was the ultimate secret garden in an urban city come to life wedding ever and that is exactly how our client's wanted it. The wedding took place on Congress Avenue at the beautiful 800 Congress across the street from the Capital building and Paramount Theater. The venue is very urban and industrial with it's cement and unfinished vintage brick walls and metal air intakes. However, our client's were from California and LOVED flowers ...and the city, so why not combine the two? Our favorite flower hanging installation was at the ceremony. Our flower team designed a 10 ft long by 12 ft high hanging floral chandelier arch. Their aisle was lined by lush ivory white petals that combined;texture, color, and fragrance while keeping everything minimal and modern while the arch was the frame for this lovely bridal party. After the ceremony the arch became their sweetheart table chandelier while their head table had 42" long flower trays full of garden rose and peony mixtures and greenery to create the ultimate floral runner and head table. Greenery tapered off the ends tying the guest tables to the head table. The round guest tables were similar but different. Half of the tables had full premium pedalstool urn vase arrangements while the other half on the outside of the room had tall cylinder vase arrangements with full greenery mixtures over head transforming the warehouse like venue to a stunning flower and greenery mixture. We loved EVERYTHING about their wedding day! Check it out below to fall in love as well.

The most rewarding part of the job is seeing our beautiful floral come to life in photographers picture!! I mean don't get me wrong, we do not depart until the whole site looks amazing, but "wow" seeing everything in use and come to life is what we miss once we are done setting up. These photographs are so amazingly beautiful, and make our team so happy. The wedding colors were rich emerald green, white, and ivory. I absolutely adored working with Kaitlyn and Jacob, and I am so grateful for the opportunity they provided our team with. We used smilax over all of the hanging light floral over the terrace. It was a great touch in th evening having hanging light greenery, but especially on the fountain. The water fountain had greenery our favorite floating floral. There were soo many floating white candles it was the most perfectly romantic touch. To be apart of such a special day in their life is such an extreme compliment to Jordan Flowers & Events. We loved EVERYTHING about their wedding day, especially their beautiful ceremony site, colors, and florals; elegant, timeless, classic, and most of all soooo lovely. Champagne cocktail table linens with greenery smilax tie backs or white linen with greenery smilax tie back at Villa Antonia? We like them both! You can never go wrong with a classic cocktail table tie back instead of an arrangement outside to help tie back the linens and prevent them from blowing every where. beautiful

OMG! Check out this amazing fun, colorful, Sunday, Funday, Brunch wedding day of Jaycie and Bo's at South Congress hotel!!! We did an AMAZING flower ceiling installation that was the perfect for their reception lounge area! Their wedding day was unlike any other wedding we have done and we freaking loved it!!! Champagne before noon on Sunday? No formal sit down dinner, all super fun, chill, and plenty of rocking! The ceremony flowers were reused at the reception for the champagne tower. Instead of the traditional sit down meal, South Congress Hotel had plenty of passed apps, and food stations set up for the guest to mingle, eat, and dance. A telephone wase set up for guests to leave messages for the couple and we used all hot pink and fuscia! The wedding flowers were like something from a Malibu Barbie wedding...in our dreams;) Take a look at this incredible wedding! Yes flower ceiling install is real and it was a real awe factor. The install was hanging from 20 ft ceiling and was 12 ft long which required 3 florists. Wedding Vendors who also brought this event to life:

Matties Green Pastures in the perfect classic Austin venue that is hidden under sprawling oaks filled with peacocks' greens and amazing food! This downtown Austin restaurant and venue is Austin's perfect hidden historical gems. When you are here you would never feel like you are in downtown Austin! Perfect for brunch dinner and weddings this venue is stunning and timeless. Gretchen and Tobias wedding day matched the venue so perfectly. With an elegant ivory and ivory premium flower and color tones along with natural emerald greenery their wedding day was one we will never forget. The couple got married under their enchanted oaks and we designed fresh floral attachment installation that grew up and around the limbs to frame in the wedding ceremony space and the couple. At their reception, the couple had beautiful white linens that the restaurant provided set with family style dining services and candlelight. We used natural greenery to highlight the table and create a romantic rectangle guest table. The harvest tables were set as to not get in the way for the guests dining and to really pop against the white linens with the beautiful live greenery touch. The sweetheart table was one of our favorites with natural greenery tapering off the sweetheart table cascading down towards the ground filled with candles. Live events in Austin are always great but weddings at Matties are forever elegant and timeless. This color palette of ivory white and emerald natural greenery was flawless. Fun On The Weekends festival was our most recent fun event that we wanted to highlight in this month’s blog as it is such a fun example of dreams brought to life. The hot pink and disco vibes are to die for! We had multiple floral installations when you walk in, at the bar, in their photobooth flower wall backdrop for the entrance with our rental disco balls, plenty of floral photo spaces/ backdrops, table arrangements, and bud vases and it turned out amazing!

Vintage Villas is located right in front of Lake Travis 20 miles from Austin with lake views from the ceremony to the reception. With all of the summer festivities, our sweet couple's favorite place in the world was Greece, so we brought all the Greece feels to their Texas hill country wedding day. We used bougainvillea's as the main flower with all of the hot pink flower tones to heat up the summer love. Our favorite part of their wedding day was their show stopping awe factor chandelier installation with a matching sweetheart table to accommodate. We did a mixture of eclectic bud vases and flower arrangements to create a diverse table scape and highlight the reception guest table flowers. They had the most fresh flowers in all of Austin with the BEST service from their vendor team. Eclipse Events Co. coordinated the event and did a spectacular job tying in the wedding theme and April Mae Creative was able to capture all fo the details to bring them to life forever. Austin is not just the capital of TExas but also the wedding capital of Texas and we are so excited to bring new hot wedding colors and tones to you for wedding and or event inspiration for your next event! Cassidy and Austin got married at Brodie Homestead in downtown Austin. It was a day everyone was so eager to greet as the couple had to postpone their wedding for almost 2 years due to COVID. While they had an intimate ceremony before, this was a special day for they were finally able to celebrate with all of their friends and family. After a delay and a pandemic their wedding day was absolutely perfect! This couple was so sweet and we were happy to bring their personalities through our floral and decor. They wanted a simple, minimalist style that was also timeless and romantic. I would say it was nailed. We created a natural vine like arch that look as if it was growing up the wall on both sides of the couple framing their ceremony with flowers that lined the aisle. After the ceremony, the aisle arrangements were able to be repurposed along with the bridesmaids bouquets to the guest reception tables. Their colors were ivory, white, and natural greenery and to reflect their style we went with O'hara garden roses, scabiosa, tibet roses, ivory spray roses, rananculus, eucalyptus, and italian ruskus greenery mixture.

Brittany and Mbiyimoh's romantic winter wedding at Woodbine Mansion in Round Rock, Texas, outside of Austin, Texas was absolutely glamorous and timeless. We loved their classic white and ivory flower tones with dark green accents in the bouquets to match their tables. Brittany had the most elegant phalenopsis orchid cascading in the front of her asymmetrical natural garden rose bouquet. Her bridesmaids had sleek black dresses that were a beautiful contrast to their bouquets to really pop while they walked down the aisle. Simplicity paired with luxurious flowers is the ultimate combination. We loved the harvest guest table set up with white candles lined down the table to create a romantic ambiance but then add the dark green lush greenery garland and absolute reception rectangle guest table perfection! Ashley and Cody tied the knot April 15, 2022 at Villa Antonia. Their wedding day was absolutely perfect! Their venue, Villa Antonia is a stunning mountainside property extending into 3 levels filled with natural water falls, water fountains, a chapel, wine cellar, and beautiful terrace string lighting. The views are spectacular, so we wanted to make sure to not take away focus when we planned their wedding ceremony floral. We used our ceder 7ft tall rental arch and had 2 flower attachments. One flower ceremony arch attachment was designed at the top left corner and the other was midway on the other side with greenery tapered up and down the poles. Their spring time wedding colors was ivory, blush, with lavender accents. We used fragrant in season lilac, lavender, and O'hara garden roses. Three of Cups Coordination planned their lovely wedding day, Royal Fig Catering catered and provided bar tender services and Angela King did an amazing job capturing their wedding day in her photo details.

This country spring time wedding had a color scheme of dusty blue, grey, blush, and white.

A beautiful full white rose mixture with no greenery to create a luxurious modern wedding design. We used flower columns that were great at creating a beautiful ceremony set up then were be able to be repurposed at the reception for the cake table and lounge are to give it that additional awe-inspiring touch. The wedding colors were white and black and the wedding was like something from a Vogue catalog feature! Paris Hilton inspired this black and white wedding set up and we could not be happier for her and with this!! The ceremony floral were able to be reused at the reception to frame the sweetheart table framing the table and the couple. The ground floral were moved to the front of the table and lined the skirt and the ceremony floral stayed where they were. The cake stand was a lush floral install with candles to partner and match the tables. There is nothing more romantic than company in warm candlelight. Hotel Ella provided the milk white dining ware, sterling silver ware, and clear glass goblets. The black linens with white plates and floral was such a modern elegant unique spin and contrasted perfect. Ying to yang, black to white, everything perfectly balanced and simpatico.
