✨ Timeless Romance Meets Historic Grandeur: Kamryn and Garret's Driskill Wedding
There are few places in Austin that capture the essence of Texas history and timeless luxury quite like The Driskill . When we had the honor of providing the flowers and decor for Kamryn and Garret’s wedding day, our goal was to create an atmosphere that felt both grandly traditional and intimately romantic, perfectly complementing the couple's personal style and the hotel’s iconic architecture.
The day was a masterclass in elegant coordination, thanks to a phenomenal team of vendors who worked seamlessly to bring every detail to life.
The Floral Vision: Classic White and Lush Greenery
Kamryn and Garret chose a breathtakingly classic palette of creamy white blooms and rich, textural greenery. This combination is always a perfect match for the Driskill's ornate ballrooms and dramatic ceilings.
We focused on creating high-impact installations that drew the eye upward and maximized the vertical space of the venue. For a truly unforgettable atmosphere, we accented the iconic architecture of the venue. Above the main area, we created a breathtaking floral canopy by adorning the existing gilded chandeliers with cascades of white roses and orchids (as seen in the ). Additionally, the grand fireplace mantle was transformed with a lush, sprawling garland of greenery and white roses, flanked by elegant white pedestals holding structural arrangements, setting a classic and romantic focal point in the room (as seen in the ).
The ceremony area was defined by abundant floral pillars, framing the couple with a cascade of roses and hydrangeas. In the reception space, we utilized tall, graceful centerpieces that blended structural elegance with organic softness, ensuring the room felt lush and celebratory without being cluttered. Every element, from the bridal bouquet to the small details on the cocktail tables, was designed to contribute to a cohesive and utterly romantic environment.
A Seamless Event at an Iconic Venue
The Driskill is more than just a venue; it is a character in the wedding day story. The Driskill team ensured every moment, from the catering to the service, was executed with renowned elegance. Guiding the entire process was the incredibly organized team from Eclipse Event Co.
The energy of the reception was unforgettable. Music was provided by the fantastic Love & Happiness band, managed by Drew Davis, whose high-energy performance kept the dance floor packed all night. The celebration was filled with unique touches, including delicious treats from Fancy Fluf cotton candy, and late-night fun with video games provided by Game Plan—a perfect blend of tradition and modern excitement.
Every gorgeous detail of the day was expertly captured by Fallon Stoval Photography (Fallon Stoval) , whose timeless style perfectly matched the elegant tone of the wedding. Meanwhile, Sound Originals was on hand to document the memories in video form.
The day concluded with Kamryn and Garret making their grand exit in a classic send-off car provided by ATX Classic Cars, marking a perfect end to a beautiful celebration of love.

Vintage Villas is located right in front of Lake Travis 20 miles from Austin with lake views from the ceremony to the reception. With all of the summer festivities, our sweet couple's favorite place in the world was Greece, so we brought all the Greece feels to their Texas hill country wedding day. We used bougainvillea's as the main flower with all of the hot pink flower tones to heat up the summer love. Our favorite part of their wedding day was their show stopping awe factor chandelier installation with a matching sweetheart table to accommodate. We did a mixture of eclectic bud vases and flower arrangements to create a diverse table scape and highlight the reception guest table flowers. They had the most fresh flowers in all of Austin with the BEST service from their vendor team. Eclipse Events Co. coordinated the event and did a spectacular job tying in the wedding theme and April Mae Creative was able to capture all fo the details to bring them to life forever. Austin is not just the capital of TExas but also the wedding capital of Texas and we are so excited to bring new hot wedding colors and tones to you for wedding and or event inspiration for your next event! Level Up Your Learning: How We Built a Minecraft-Inspired World for Dell & Intel's National Education Tour
When Dell and Intel wanted to create a truly memorable and effective educational experience for their employees across the nation, they didn't just think outside the box – they thought inside the block. We were thrilled to partner with them, alongside a fantastic team of collaborators, to bring a unique, Minecraft-inspired learning environment to life, touring Dell locations all across the United States. This incredible undertaking was expertly coordinated by Eclipse Events, ensuring every detail was seamless.
The Challenge: Engaging Education on a National Scale
The goal was ambitious: design an educational event that was not only informative but also deeply engaging and could be consistently replicated at multiple Dell sites. The content needed to stick, and the experience needed to be positive and memorable for every employee.
The Solution: Entering the Minecraft Universe
What better way to capture attention and spark curiosity than by tapping into the universally recognized and beloved aesthetic of Minecraft? We dove headfirst into this pixelated world, custom-designing and fabricating a whole host of thematic elements:
- Blocky Inhabitants & Immersive Scenery: Our team meticulously crafted bespoke Minecraft-style "people," towering "trees," and characteristic "shrubs." But we didn't stop there! We brought the game to life with iconic elements like stacks of TNT, essential pickaxes, versatile crates, gleaming gold bars, and even a custom-made mine entrance that beckoned attendees into the learning zone. These weren't just decorations; they transformed each event space into a tangible, interactive representation of the game's iconic style, serving as eye-catching focal points and subtly reinforcing the learning environment.
- A Touch of Nature's Elegance: To elevate the design and add a sophisticated contrast to the pixelated theme, we artfully integrated a mix of high-quality silk and fresh floral arrangements. This fusion of the digital and the natural brought an unexpected layer of beauty and vibrancy to each setup, ensuring the environment felt both playful and premium.
- Culinary Delights & Refreshing Sips: Fueling the minds of Dell and Intel employees, Root Cellar Catering provided delicious food throughout the events, while a sponsorship from Poppi kept everyone refreshed with their delightful prebiotic sodas.
The Journey: Replicating Success, Coast to Coast
One of the most exciting aspects of this project was its national scale. We didn't just build this Minecraft world once; we meticulously packed it up and recreated it at Dell locations all over the country. Each setup was a faithful replica of the last, ensuring that every Dell and Intel employee, no matter their location, received the same high-quality, immersive experience. This required precision, dedication, and a fantastic logistics team, all orchestrated beautifully by Eclipse Events. Capturing the magic at each stop was the talented Lauren Maria Photography, whose photos truly brought the experience to life.

The response was fantastic. By leveraging the familiarity and fun of Minecraft, the educational content became more approachable and enjoyable. Employees weren't just attending a training session; they were stepping into a different world designed to spark their engagement.

Take a look at this timeless venue, in Bastrop, Texas Colo Vista Golf Resort. Elegant emerald green with natural greenery colors and white lush premium floral against the natural mahogany and black granite fireplace was the perfect wedding ceremony. From the mantle flower to the greenery spiraling down the columns and and chairs. Winter, fall, spring, or summer colors that are timeless. Luxurious wedding day flowers for the guest tables were perfect. We used our rental glass trumpet vases along with no vase arrangements that were able to be reused from the ceremony to the reception. Guests are going to be in love with your romantic event!

Our favorite part of this big day is the model bride’s wedding attire. She is stunning in a sleek and simple V-neck gown from Unbridaled. Dell Avaiation Tour
All Aboard! A Lookbook for the Dell x Co-Pilot PC Event Tour
We’re taking you back in time to the golden age of air travel! Our team recently completed an event tour for Dell clients in Nashville, Austin/Round Rock, and Oklahoma City, bringing a chic, vintage 1950s airport theme to life. The goal? To transport our clients to a different era and celebrate the new Co-Pilot PC with our sponsors. We created all of the floral and event decor, with each city featuring unique variations of the same classic theme and bring to life brand activations. We brought the rental plants, decor; rugs, back drops, suitcases, suitcases, uplighting, mural, custom posters for each location, and signage.
The Vision: A 1950s Airport Terminal
We wanted to capture the glamour and excitement of air travel in the 1950s, complete with a sophisticated lounge feel. The design featured a classic color palette, elegant floral arrangements, and retro touches that made every detail feel authentic.

Our first stop was Nashville, where we set the stage with lush floral arrangements and classic luggage details to welcome our guests. The decor created an intimate, elegant atmosphere that was perfect for networking and celebrating.
Next Stop: Austin/Round Rock
In Austin/Round Rock, we elevated the theme with a vibrant twist, incorporating bolder colors and more playful details while still maintaining the vintage aesthetic. The venue was transformed into a bustling terminal, with each sponsor’s brand brought to life in their own unique "gate."
Final Landing: Oklahoma City
For our last event in Oklahoma City, we focused on bringing all the best elements of the tour together, with a focus on creating stunning, memorable photo opportunities. From the moment clients walked in, they felt like they were stepping into a classic movie scene, ready for their next adventure.

Dakota & Leslie
As soon as we spotted this dreamlike blush pink ranch wedding, we knew that we had to share! We are loving all of the magical details of Leslie Montgomery and Dakota Wilson’s big day. The bride looked truly stunning accompanied perfectly by her bridesmaids who were in blush pink, all with beautiful white and pink blooms from Jordan Flowers & Events. Pecan Springs Ranch provided the most enchanting backdrop for their outdoor ceremony, and Leslie and Dakota’s blissful “just married” smiles coming back down the aisle are contagious. The couple kicked off the reception with a champagne seating chart from Catering With A Twist to start celebrating the new Mr. and Mrs. Wilson – cheers to the happy couple! Coral Charm at The Mansion
These classic floral were totally transformed the moment our coral charm peonies were partnered with our modern gold metals stands and table table centerpieces. We used our 42" gold harlow stands along with our 32" gold rental stands during the ceremony in front of the timeless white mantle with green sprawling up and down the poles cascading up the top and tapered down. These simple greenery touches transformed the venue mantle into the most unique background and marble floors. The mirrors created a bright open feel to the ceremony along with the white picket guest chairs. We used simple italian ruskus swags to line the chairs and create floral chair attachments. After the ceremony we moved the stands behind the guest table and created a greenery arch to frame the beautiful head table with white linens. We used the small stand centerpieces from the ceremony onto the sweetheart table along with our modern gold wreath hoop pillar candle holders and hurricane pillars with floral on top. We always recommend light greenery or high arrangements for 6 ft t ables to give the guests more room. For the round tables we used greenery wreath with floral accents and gold rental decor to match the head table.

Last month, the Austin chapter of NACE (National Association for Catering and Events) hosted their October monthly meeting, and our team was thrilled to be the floral sponsor! Set against the beautiful backdrop of the Waller Creek Boathouse, the afternoon was a perfect blend of professional networking, delicious food, live music, and hands-on creativity.

It was a joy to see guests arrive dressed in the fun, thematic colors of pink, green, or blue, bringing a vibrant energy to the business casual attire.
