Visit Austin Giveback Gig SkyBox
What an absolute honor it was to be part of the Visit Austin Foundation’s incredible celebration. We had the distinct pleasure of stepping up as a sponsor for the Give Back Gig 2026, and honestly, we had the absolute best time supporting such an incredible cause.
Held on Wednesday, April 29, 2026, at the stunning SKYBOX on 6th, the Give Back Gig 2026 celebrated Austin’s vibrant culinary scene through a one-of-a-kind tasting experience. This beautiful evening brought together some of the city’s most acclaimed chefs with rising talent from the Austin ISD Culinary and Hospitality Program. As a team that deeply values creativity and professional development, seeing the passion, dedication, and raw talent from these students was incredibly inspiring. As a trusted partner for luxury corporate event flowers and rental needs, we love playing a part in helping these aspiring professionals build their futures.
A Night of Exceptional Culinary Artistry and Community
The heart of this evening highlighted the power of food, mentorship, and community while showcasing the next generation of Austin’s culinary leaders. Guests enjoyed a spectacular collaborative tasting menu developed by participating chefs and students, specialty beverages, and live entertainment that reflected Austin’s signature culture of food, music, and hospitality.
The 2026 culinary lineup featured an incredible group of local culinary legends:
Chef Amanda Turner of Olamaie
Chef Mark Dayanandan of Hilton Austin
Chef Rick Lopez of La Condesa
Chef Ali Clem of la Barbecue
Chef Tavel Bristol-Joseph of Canje
Chef Kevin Cannon of Barley Swine
The evening was hosted by special guest and emcee Mando Rayo of United Tacos of America, who helped guide a program centered on culinary storytelling, mentorship, and Austin’s hospitality community. Guests were also treated to incredible live music from The Watters during the VIP experience, followed by an amazing main event performance by DJ Chorizo Funk.
All proceeds from the Give Back Gig directly supported the Visit Austin Foundation, Good Work Austin, and Urban Roots. These funds advance vital scholarships, mentorship, education, job training, workforce development, and community impact across Austin’s hospitality and culinary industries.
Designing Magic: The Mid-Air Floral Pour
When it came to bringing our own creative touch to SKYBOX on 6th, we wanted to design something that felt truly whimsical, textural, and grand. Our goal is always to demonstrate why we strive to be the best event florist in austin by pushing the boundaries of traditional event design.
Our favorite part of the evening’s setup was a massive floral installation that brought a touch of natural wonder indoors. We designed and suspended a mid-air flower tin installation, crafted to look as though it was magically pouring a vibrant waterfall of blossoms directly into the room.
Connecting this floating focal point was a lush, sweeping greenery garland that stretched over 500 feet long, weaving its way through the venue and bringing the entire environment to life. This type of large-scale flower and decor rental design requires precise execution, and our team handled the entire floral, decor, set up, breakdown, delivery seamlessly to ensure the venue looked flawless from start to finish.
From intimate high-profile gatherings to massive galas fundraiser events, creating unforgettable atmospheres through living art is our true passion. We love collaborating with local organizations to elevate the scenic landscape of our community.
A massive thank you to the incredible teams who captured the energy and beauty of this unforgettable evening so perfectly.

Gabby + Logan Hotel Van Zandt Wedding
Gabby and Logan's wedding day was such a classic wedding day with a beautiful modern touch. We used traditional white and ivory tones with blush accents in all of the wedding and reception floral. The bridesmaids and groomsmen all had similar but different floral designs where the bride and groom had lighter tones and premium floral and really stood out among all of the flowers. We used out 7ft tall stainless steel flat bottom wreath rental along with our gold harlow stands on each side of the ceremony alter. Then, after the wedding we used the wreath as the head table backdrop and the gold stands down the head table. For their cake we used flowers to match the bride's premium floral and cascaded down the front.

Genevieve + Anthony Colo Vista Country Club Wedding
Take a look at this timeless venue, in Bastrop, Texas Colo Vista Golf Resort. Elegant emerald green with natural greenery colors and white lush premium floral against the natural mahogany and black granite fireplace was the perfect wedding ceremony. From the mantle flower to the greenery spiraling down the columns and and chairs. Winter, fall, spring, or summer colors that are timeless. Luxurious wedding day flowers for the guest tables were perfect. We used our rental glass trumpet vases along with no vase arrangements that were able to be reused from the ceremony to the reception. Guests are going to be in love with your romantic event!

Coral Charm at The Mansion
These classic floral were totally transformed the moment our coral charm peonies were partnered with our modern gold metals stands and table table centerpieces. We used our 42" gold harlow stands along with our 32" gold rental stands during the ceremony in front of the timeless white mantle with green sprawling up and down the poles cascading up the top and tapered down. These simple greenery touches transformed the venue mantle into the most unique background and marble floors. The mirrors created a bright open feel to the ceremony along with the white picket guest chairs. We used simple italian ruskus swags to line the chairs and create floral chair attachments. After the ceremony we moved the stands behind the guest table and created a greenery arch to frame the beautiful head table with white linens. We used the small stand centerpieces from the ceremony onto the sweetheart table along with our modern gold wreath hoop pillar candle holders and hurricane pillars with floral on top. We always recommend light greenery or high arrangements for 6 ft t ables to give the guests more room. For the round tables we used greenery wreath with floral accents and gold rental decor to match the head table.

Clare + Greg
Clare & Greg's wedding day at Woodbine Mansion was like something from a movie. Their wedding colors were light blue and white and every detail covered. Clare's asymetrical bouquet had white wedding spirit roses along with light blue delphinium for the blue accents. Blue pastorale print linens from Premiere Events are a perfect fit for these blue and white European style arrangements in our rental brass urn vases at Woodbine Mansion. Saulnier Weddings partnered their antique glass bead chargers and voila! A stunning antique French table setting for an amazing wedding day. Ceremony floral that can be reused flawlessly at the reception are our favorite. Premiere Events provided the clear acrylic columns and we designed asymmetrical floral that cascaded down on each side of our urn rental brass vases to be used on the guest tables after. Then, to frame the bottom of each columns we made 2 beautiful "L" shaped floral to be moved from the floor to the DJ booth after. So unique, modern, and gorgeous!!

Bob Bullock Museum Wedding
It is always so much fun when color is involved and there was soo much fun gong on at this wedding at The Bob Bullock Museum Downtown Austin. We had am ombre toned petal aisle that went down the aisle to flowers on each side and fun column floral installations on each side. The acrylic chairs were the perfect modern touch to highlight the colors. Hot pink, sexy red, lush greenery that filled the aisle and the ceremony site. Our bride had modern asymmetrical designs with little greenery and more flower pops.

Autumn Peach Hill Country Wedding
April Mae Creative photographs scenes of ivory and peach that are accented by subtle touches of kelly green and vintage coral tones keeping each scene modern while paperie from Grey Meets Gold continues the pattern in stately invitation suite designs and decorated envelope inserts. 71 West served as a picturesque venue backdrop with scenic hillside views and a stunning modern rustic design that complements the day with its juxtaposition to the delicate elements that make up this peach wedding editorial. Bring texture to your décor for an enhanced design with 3D appliqué linens and patterned china from Marquee Event Rentals while freeform floral arrangements by Jordan Flowers & Events give a carefree, untamed look. Give your guests an eating option that tastes as good as it looks with personal grazing boxes by You + Brie that require no serving, no germ-spreading, and no cleanup! On the sweeter side of things, Cakes Couture created a modern simplistic three-tiered dream accented with a stripe of gold that highlight the embossed ornate texture on the cake. Our bride model was the belle of the ball in a romantic, beaded off-the-shoulder gown from a&bé bridal shop Austin and styled with big, gorgeous curls in a half-up style and glowy mauve glam by Artistee Lane Makeup Studio that enhanced her natural features. We’ll never get over the photos in this gallery, but thankfully it was also captured on film by Ryan Chipman Stills & Motion so the dreamy highlights of the day could be relived over again – watch below. Read on for a note from the creative wedding planner who designed and styled this stunning autumn peach wedding editorial. Cheers!

Ashley + David
Ashley & David's Horseshoe Bay Resort wedding day was one that we will always be fond of! It was hard not to relax while attending with the gorgeous lake view all around you and the breeze in your hair. They originally planned for a wedding in Mexico. However, due to COIVD they planned to bring Mexico to their wedding guests instead with subtle tropical vibes/accent along with classic wedding floral. They had arbor floral attachments and bright elegant premium floral and orchids.
Floral Breakdown: White stock, ivory O'hara garden roses, coral Juliette roses, and quicksand roses with ginger pink touches made the perfect floral combo.

Andrea + Zebb
Andrea and Zeb had an amazing hill country fall boho wedding at Cypress Falls Event Center in Wimberly, Texas. Their floral matched the color of the changing leaves around them and they had a weekend filled with warm family love and laughter. Their ceremony was under the cypress trees and their wedding reception was outside in candlelight. pampas grass, fall burgundy, gold, yellow, orange, and blues! Such a beautiful wedding day!

Na + Josh Hotel Granduca Wedding
The Hotel Granduca of Austin made the perfect location for this classic wedding with cultural elements. The color palette of blush and dust blue paired perfectly with this couple’s outdoor ceremony’s architecture. Before the big day, Na and Joshua privately exchanged their vows at the hotel and then celebrated with a traditional tea ceremony. During the serving, the couple expressed their gratitude and paid respect to their elders and family members. The couple looked riveting in red, and we couldn’t wait to see their wedding day attire! Na added to all the elegant elements of her wedding in her lace mermaid gown with a tremendous train. Beside the bride, Na’s bridesmaids wore delicate, dusty blue gowns that matched the pastel-painted walls they stood in front of. The groom and his men also took on a tasteful and traditional look with their crisp black tuxedos. The ceremony was full of liveliness with impeccable ivy and radiant roses from Jordan Flowers + Events. Talk about picturesque! After saying I do, the Ou’s danced the night away to Royal Dukes Band with their closest friends and family. For more on this sweet classical wedding with cultural elements, check out the gallery below! Cheers to the happy couple!

Brides of Austin Natural Bliss Shoot
A breath of fresh air, this wedding editorial by the best vendors Austin has to offer is full of natural bliss. Every scene comes to life in images captured by the ever-talented Joslyn Holtfort Photography. The unique setting at Altstadt Brewery’s garden space was perfect for this refined garden-boho scheme where vibrant oranges and soft pinks bursted from each installment by Jordan Flowers & Events. Adding a touch of that Austin flair, Vannagram & Co. Mobile Photo Booth‘s new pink photo bus provided a fun hang out space alongside the traditional “selfie station.” The Pet Gal provided the best care to our model pup, Nora, attending to her every need as the day proceeded! The model bride wore a gorgeous gown from Blush Bridal Lounge featuring a low-V neck and floral embroidery design. Topped with jewels from Nicole Mera, a fresh makeup look and boho hairstyle from Level 12 Salon, she was ready for her best day ever. Watercolor ATX completed this vendor dream team, with custom illustrations of the wedding venue – a true work of art and a must-have wedding keepsake if we say so ourselves.
