A Blooming Success: Our Industry Brunch with Premiere Event Rentals Best!

Last week, the air in Austin was buzzing with excitement as we gathered with our incredible clients for a delightful industry brunch, showcasing the very best of Premiere Event Rentals and our newest additions to inventory! It was an absolute joy to lunch, connect, and share all the exciting possibilities our latest rentals bring to the table.

Spring into Style: A Feast for the Eyes

Our goal was to inspire, and the decor certainly did just that! We embraced the essence of spring with a vibrant palette of fresh flowers beautifully mixed with seasonal fruits like peaches, grapes, and pears. These natural elements were thoughtfully chosen to complement our stunning linens, creating a harmonious and inviting atmosphere.

The tablescapes were a true highlight, featuring long, flowing table arrangements accented with delicate bud vases scattered down the length. This design created an intimate yet grand feel, perfectly showcasing how our new rentals can elevate any event.

As a special thank you and a dose of event fun, we brought back a guest favorite: our interactive flower bar! Coordinators had the chance to unleash their inner florists, hand-picking a beautiful selection of blooms. Our team then artfully arranged them into charming "flower purse in bags," creating a personalized and delightful take-home favor that added an extra touch of beauty to their week. It was so much fun seeing everyone's unique creations!

Bold, romantic, lush tones of fuscia, purple, pinks, and hot pinks are sure to impress your guest especially when it is against a beautiful modern brick wall that South Congress Hotel offers their wedding and event guests. The white walls are perfect to set a modern back splash great for a ceremony wall or backdrop. We used our gold modern harlow rental stands for the wedding ceremony alter and reused the ceremony flowers for the reception tables. Our favorite part was the lush rose petal runner that created a beautiful watercolor toned floral runner down the tables and on the guest plates to accent the white and make the guest table seating really pop, and omg the fragrance was heavenly!

Formula 1 weekend in Austin is more than just a race; it is a global confluence of speed, celebrity, and sophisticated branding. When a major luxury media brand like Modern Luxury hosts an event during this high-octane weekend, the decor must match the energy and exclusivity.

Here at Jordan Flowers & Events, we were thrilled to collaborate with the Modern Luxury team to translate the electric atmosphere of F1 into a refined, high-end floral and decor experience that we call Modern Luxury, The Austin Way.

The Vision: Speed, Precision, and Elegance

Race weekend calls for high-energy parties, and the Formula 1 event hosted by Austin Way and Johnnie Walker Blue Label at Brazos Hall set the standard for nighttime opulence. The vision for our design was simple: elevate the space to reflect the magazine's commitment to luxury while nodding to the precision engineering and bold aesthetics of Formula 1.

The venue found itself transformed into a speakeasy-meets-nightclub, complete with a red carpet arrival and dazzling entertainment. Our floral and decor choices were tailored to enhance this transformation. We moved away from typical racing clichés and embraced a concept centered on architectural florals—arrangements that feature structural lines, intentional negative space, and a sense of dynamic movement, much like a finely tuned race car. We created monochromatic drama by utilizing deep, rich color palettes with unexpected bursts of light, mirroring the sleek midnight blues, stark whites, and pops of vivid crimson that referenced the bold branding and the power of the event. To finish, we incorporated reflective surfaces, including mirrored vessels, high-gloss finishes, and metallic accents, to catch the light and add a futuristic, fast-paced shimmer to the decor.

The Floral Narrative: Where Artistry Meets Engineering

Every arrangement was designed to be a conversation piece that complemented the vintage-inspired, motorsport-edged atmosphere. For the main lounges, we executed oversized, sculptural centerpieces featuring towering Phalaenopsis orchids that cascaded dramatically over sleek, geometric bases. These were bold, structural statements intended to capture the look of speed in a freeze-frame. We utilized dense, textured greens and minimal, high-impact roses to create visual density at the base. For the cocktail areas, we introduced low-profile, integrated arrangements in deep matte black and silver vessels, allowing guests to mingle freely while still appreciating the delicate artistry. We chose structural elements—like air plants or sharp, linear foliage—to contrast with the soft curves of the flowers, mirroring the juxtaposition of technology and nature found in racing.

Brazos Hall Transformed: A World of Opulence

The two-story venue seamlessly merged interactive high-octane elements with sophisticated nightlife. The lower level featured a dedicated Johnnie Walker Blue Label custom bar, where mixologists in branded pit stop jumpsuits crafted signature drinks like the highly-raved Blue Label and Bananas (a riff on an old fashioned served in miniature bottles with gold straws) and the warm-spiced Blue Label & Ginger. The racing theme roared to life through Waterloo Capital’s branded simulators from PushStart Sims, where guests tested their skills on virtual circuits. The live band, Hot Club of Cowtown, married Texas tradition with racing excitement, while live artist Bill Stidham captured the evening’s energy on canvas. Upstairs, the energy shifted to an elevated nightclub atmosphere. DJ Ed West commanded the sonic landscape while a gravity-defying lollipop lyra aerialist wowed with a breathtaking spectacle. Roaming servers ensured the momentum never flagged. As Kristin Belt, publisher of Austin Way, noted, “Johnnie Walker Blue brought such flair and energy to the evening, transforming it into something truly unforgettable... Everyone was raving about it—myself included.”

The F1 weekend demands perfection, and at Jordan Flowers & Events, we thrive on that pressure. Our goal is to ensure the decor is as flawlessly executed as the engineering that powers the race itself. Zadok Jewelers at The Domain played host to one of Austin’s most anticipated nights: Dynamic Women 2025. A curated group of 100 of the city’s most influential tastemakers, entrepreneurs, and elite leaders gathered under sparkling lights, embracing connections, creativity, and celebration.

From the moment guests arrived, the evening felt like the intersection of luxury and intimacy. Amy and Lisa Zadok opened their doors in warmth and style, setting the tone for a night that honored both achievement and possibility.

The Experience

• Cocktails crafted by On the Rocks and wine from Signor Vineyards flowed freely, side by side with elevated fare from Loro—each bite and sip reinforcing Austin’s reputation as a place where taste and culture walk hand in hand.
• Beauty and wellness took center stage thanks to immersive activations by TANO, whose premium take-home flowers and revolutionary banana skincare line added luxe, thoughtful touches, and by Wellnest Aesthetics, elevating the sensory experience of the evening.
• A Z06 Corvette wrapped in live florals by Capitol Chevrolet served as a showstopper—an art-meets-auto statement piece that drew camera lenses and admiration alike.

The Highlight: Vault Moment

But the true crescendo came with Modern Luxury’s Vault Moment. Guests were invited into a rare jewelry experience, slipping on one-of-a-kind pieces—among them, a stunning yellow diamond ring that made hearts skip. It was a moment of pure glamour and connection, underscoring the theme of the night: excellence, elegance, power.

Sexy, bold, romantic. Those are the words to sum up their Driskill wedding day. Mak and Zach met 6 years ago on 6th street. Zach spotted her from across the bar and was instantly mesmerized by her every move she made all evening, until he finally worked up the words and liquid courage to walk over and introduce himself to her. He knew from that moment he said that he just wanted to be around her forever. He was drawn to every word she spoke, and every gesture she made solidifying his passion for "this goddess". They left that night together for the first time for the rest of their lives together.

So, how do bring to life that sexy romantic story? Just. Like. This. Their wedding day at The Driskill was as fabulous as the couple! From their intimate railing moment to their behind the scenes rocker reception, their wedding day was the most elegant rocker live event ever! If you are going to want to stand out, then you better do it with the best, and that's exactly what we used. Premium phalenopsis orchid flowers which cascaded down the arrangements were an amazing 32" long, not to mention the hundreds of lush romantic roses. Their colors were black and natural whites, ivory and greenery. We used our rental vintage wicker flower stands for their balcony ceremony then brought a few of the arrangements inside for the couple's post wedding break/photo op. It was a great time for the couple to have a moment alone before they party the night away.

The reception was amazing!!! They had a live pianist play the black baby grand and had a rose and orchids floral installation growing down and around the piano with disco balls flowing with them. The live flower piano decor and flower was one of our favorite wedding day moments. When they requested to have the best Austin live wedding and event vendors they for sure got it!! The Driskill set our wedding day ambiance with their elaborate columns, stain glass, and marble floors. The food and service was superb! They completely lived up to their reputation as being Austin's finest venue. Mak and Zach's day was epic and with a style and color palette as classic, premium, and elegant as theirs it will forever be Austin's best wedding party of a lifetime!

Lisette and Patrick's wedding at The Arlo Wedding and Events venue outside of Austin in the heart of the Texas Hill Country was a classic wedding to remember. They wanted to have Austin's best event florist do their wedding day ceremony and reception flowers so were honored with being able to design the flower from the venue's mantle ceremony arch with lanterns on each side and flower cascading on each side of the lanterns and across the mantle ledge. We loved that after the wedding ceremony the couple used the mantle flowers again! They were able to repurpose their lush full cascading flower arrangement from the mantle to the sweetheart table! I honestly do not know which location the flowers looked more gorgeous on!! The colors and floral selected were so perfect! As a designer I always recommend flowers that you will look back on 10 years from now and still are just as gorgeous as that day! Having natural emerald green and classic ivory and whites are always safe and amazing! After the dancefloor was checkered black and white rental dance floor from Premiere Events that really highlighted the colors and matched the linens and venue! For our tables, we used a mixture of gold tall Harlow stands and low table arrangements along with our gold mercury glass rental teal lights as you can never have too many candles. Camille with Elsie events did a beauitful job bringing all of the vendor and clients dreams to life and so smoothly!

"A Celebration of Eras" for Millie: A Taylor Swift Bat Mitzvah That Sparkled at LZR Waterloo Creative

Forget the typical party favors and predictable décor. At LZR – Venue, Millie's Bat Mitzvah wasn't just an event; it was a full-blown immersion into the vibrant and beloved worlds of Taylor Swift, meticulously planned and coordinated by the creative minds at Waterloo Creative – Planning & Onsite Logistics. This wasn't just a party; it was a dazzling "Celebration of Eras," tailor-made for Millie, whose favorite albums – Lover, Enchanted, Midnights, and Reputation – took center stage in the most imaginative ways.

From the moment Millie's guests arrived, the energy was electric, thanks to the beats provided by the EZBM – DJ Team. Each attendee received a personalized VIP badge, hinting at the exclusive experience that lay ahead. A dazzling Glitter Bar offered face gems and flash tattoos, allowing everyone to add a touch of sparkle to their look, setting the tone for a night of fun and self-expression. Oh Happy Day – Open Air Photo Booth captured the joy and excitement with fun props, creating instant memories. The dance floor pulsed with energy as guests celebrated, and a dedicated bracelet-making station allowed everyone to craft their own friendship-style souvenirs, a nod to the strong sense of community Taylor Swift inspires. Throughout the night, Contigo Catering – Full Service Catering & Bar ensured everyone was well-fed and hydrated, while The Cupcake Bar offered delectable passed desserts.

But the true magic lay in the details, each corner of LZR – Venue transformed into a visual representation of a cherished era.

The Reputation era made a bold statement with a breathtaking centerpiece. Premiere Events provided the dramatic black silk linens for the dedicated "snake table" and the striking 20-foot snake, its red eyes gleaming with captivating intensity. Black tapered candles from Jordan Flowers & Events lined the snake's spine, their flickering light accentuating the intricate details. Even the candle votives, also from Jordan Flowers & Events, weren't overlooked, each featuring a delicate miniature snake coiled around the base – a truly unforgettable and daring touch.

Transitioning to the reflective and atmospheric Midnights era, the space shifted to a display of captivating candlelight. A diverse collection of LED candles at varying heights, arranged by Jordan Flowers & Events on shimmering linens (courtesy of Premiere Events), cast a warm and sophisticated glow reminiscent of late-night contemplation. Adding another layer of visual interest, Austin Projection Mapping cast decorative wall projections, subtly enhancing the Midnights vibe.

The whimsical romance of the Enchanted album bloomed in a sea of purple. Lush, all-purple floral arrangements, crafted by Jordan Flowers & Events, were artfully placed within shimmering purple disco balls, part of the decorative fringe and disco ball installations by Pop & Drop, casting enchanting reflections across the room. The soft glow of strategically placed candles from Jordan Flowers & Events added to the fairytale-like atmosphere, transporting guests to a world of dreams and wonder.

Finally, the joyous and vibrant Lover era burst forth in a riot of color. Rainbow floral arrangements, bursting with cheerful blooms and delicate butterfly accents (courtesy of Jordan Flowers & Events), perfectly mirrored the whimsical bubble balloons from My Balloon Boutique that floated throughout the space. Adding another layer of playful charm, Pop & Drop created a vibrant streamer backdrop, enhancing the celebratory and lighthearted feel of this era. Groove Labs provided dynamic lighting throughout the venue, further amplifying the energy of each era. A particularly charming touch was the natural moss at the base of every whimsical flower arrangement, a direct homage to Taylor Swift's own moss-covered home she used on stage, adding an authentic and organic feel to the celebratory atmosphere. To capture even more personalized memories, Industry Print offered live hoodie screen printing, allowing guests to take home a unique souvenir. For a special moment, EZBM – DJ Team also facilitated the presentation of a montage using a temporary projector and screen.

The success of Millie's unique Bat Mitzvah was a testament to the collaborative spirit and creative vision of the talented vendors involved. Waterloo Creative – Planning & Onsite Logistics seamlessly brought together each intricate detail, ensuring a smooth and unforgettable experience for Millie and her guests. Rachael Hall Photography expertly captured every dazzling moment, preserving the magic for years to come. LZR – Venue provided the perfect versatile canvas for this imaginative celebration to unfold.

This "Celebration of Eras" wasn't just a party; it was an immersive experience, a testament to the power of fandom, and a truly unique way to mark a significant milestone for Millie. It proved that with creativity and attention to detail, any event can be transformed into a personalized and unforgettable adventure.

Jason and Leonice wedding at Ma Maison was such a romantic wedding day! Our favorite feature was the beautiful ceremony arch. It was such a beautiful classic arch that highlighted the venues classic with a touch of Spanish architecture and features. The arch was full of greenery and smilax and looked like it was naturally growing up and around down to the floor with lush garden roses! Petals were used on the sides of the aisle walkway and we used our rental floating LED pillar candles and hurricane vase sets with water and petals on top of the venue's white column and on the floor at the base of the aisle chairs to create more of an aisle markers. For the receptions we used smilax greenery that matched the arch up and down the railing and used the same greenery accents to the tables along with floating candle rental decor set of ours to match the ceremony floral and decor.
