Kamryn+Garrett's Driskill Wedding
✨ Timeless Romance Meets Historic Grandeur: Kamryn and Garret's Driskill Wedding
There are few places in Austin that capture the essence of Texas history and timeless luxury quite like The Driskill . When we had the honor of providing the flowers and decor for Kamryn and Garret’s wedding day, our goal was to create an atmosphere that felt both grandly traditional and intimately romantic, perfectly complementing the couple's personal style and the hotel’s iconic architecture.
The day was a masterclass in elegant coordination, thanks to a phenomenal team of vendors who worked seamlessly to bring every detail to life.
The Floral Vision: Classic White and Lush Greenery
Kamryn and Garret chose a breathtakingly classic palette of creamy white blooms and rich, textural greenery. This combination is always a perfect match for the Driskill's ornate ballrooms and dramatic ceilings.
We focused on creating high-impact installations that drew the eye upward and maximized the vertical space of the venue. For a truly unforgettable atmosphere, we accented the iconic architecture of the venue. Above the main area, we created a breathtaking floral canopy by adorning the existing gilded chandeliers with cascades of white roses and orchids (as seen in the ). Additionally, the grand fireplace mantle was transformed with a lush, sprawling garland of greenery and white roses, flanked by elegant white pedestals holding structural arrangements, setting a classic and romantic focal point in the room (as seen in the ).
The ceremony area was defined by abundant floral pillars, framing the couple with a cascade of roses and hydrangeas. In the reception space, we utilized tall, graceful centerpieces that blended structural elegance with organic softness, ensuring the room felt lush and celebratory without being cluttered. Every element, from the bridal bouquet to the small details on the cocktail tables, was designed to contribute to a cohesive and utterly romantic environment.
A Seamless Event at an Iconic Venue
The Driskill is more than just a venue; it is a character in the wedding day story. The Driskill team ensured every moment, from the catering to the service, was executed with renowned elegance. Guiding the entire process was the incredibly organized team from Eclipse Event Co.
The energy of the reception was unforgettable. Music was provided by the fantastic Love & Happiness band, managed by Drew Davis, whose high-energy performance kept the dance floor packed all night. The celebration was filled with unique touches, including delicious treats from Fancy Fluf cotton candy, and late-night fun with video games provided by Game Plan—a perfect blend of tradition and modern excitement.
Every gorgeous detail of the day was expertly captured by Fallon Stoval Photography (Fallon Stoval) , whose timeless style perfectly matched the elegant tone of the wedding. Meanwhile, Sound Originals was on hand to document the memories in video form.
The day concluded with Kamryn and Garret making their grand exit in a classic send-off car provided by ATX Classic Cars, marking a perfect end to a beautiful celebration of love.
It was an honor for Jordan Flowers & Events to contribute to Kamryn and Garret’s wedding, creating the floral and decor backdrop for their unforgettable day at the Driskill.

Kristen + Nick
Like many bride's and groom's to be, Kristen and Nick's 2020 wedding day plans were changed due to COVID. However, Kristen and Nick instead decided to have an intimate wedding ceremony at Laguna Gloria in Austin with family and close friends and have a second wedding in 2021 with their extended friends and family. Their wedding day was such a sweet beautiful day and one no one will forget. We used burnt orange pops to represent The University of Texas and Ivory O'hara garden roses to contrast while bringing romance into the hand held bouquet. Kylee + Nelson Canyonwood Ridge
Kylee & Nelson had such a beautiful bright and cheery wedding at Canyonwood Ridge in Dropping Springs, Texas. With views of the hill country, hanging greenery from the chandeliers brought the beautiful hill country inside as well. They had smilax around their 7ft wreath arch with floral on the ground on each side that was moved to the cake table after and our beautiful gold rental harlow stands with floral that sat on top and cascaded down that was also brought inside after the ceremony and used on the head table. The bridesmaids wore light blue so we added some blue thistle accents to highlight their dress color and added fun peach and coral pops to make the bouquets, corsages, and boutonnieres pop. The ceremony was outside under the venue's arbor and reception inside following.

Kristen + Nick
On the outskirts of Austin, on a hillside overlooking Lake Travis lies Vintage Villas. The ultimate wedding weekend destination wedding venue. From the arbor with wisteria that vines around and the shaded ceremony area to the beautiful hanging chandeliers inside, this venue just needs some greenery, floral and candle light and you are good to go! Kristen & Nick, had a intimate COVID wedding and postponed their wedding to November to celebrate with their friends and family. We loved their colorful palette with mixed fall toffee roses accents and warm toned mums. Her bridesmaids wore airy colorful tones that were all different but matching and their bouquets tied everything together. For their reception we reused their ceremony flower toppers and used naturally whimsy greenery on the chandeliers, tables, and easels to give every table a natural romantic but simple touch. Kristen provided gold geo candle centerpieces that she crafted herself with an LED pillar candle and we designed eucalyptus greenery mix wreath around them with flower accents and table numbers. For the head table we designed a 24 foot long silver dollar eucalyptus greenery garland runner and used Kristen's candles and bridesmaids bouquets reused down the table. So beautiful and perfect.

Kimmie Jean Boutique Floral Installation
It is always so special to add flowers, texture, and art design to a shop not just for an event but every day. We soo loved being able to have a helping hand in Kimmie Jean Boutique a cute little boutique located 45 miles south of Austin. The shop had bare cinderblock gray walls and they needed something fun and beautiful to soften the atmosphere and add charm. We used our rental disco balls for the large grapevine doorway entrance that curved across the top down to the floor and combined with her logo on their shoe wall to give it a more feminine feel. We did white flowers and pampas that faded to light pink and got darker at the bottom and had fun disco ball accents through both floral shop installations. The grapevine was designed to be seasonal so after the shop opening, we will be creating a show stopping white wintery Christmas shop charm at the end of the fall season. Every great shop needs a great work of art or something to captivate the attention of whomever walks by, this was our and we were so happy to be able to bring Kimmie Jean's dream shop flower installation to life!

A Timeless Wedding at The Driskill: Classic Elegance with Ivory and Emerald Florals
When our Austin-based flower and décor production team set out to design this wedding, we knew it would be a masterpiece of timeless elegance. From the iconic charm of The Driskill, where history meets grandeur, to the flawless execution by some of Austin's best vendors, this day was truly unforgettable.
The couple envisioned a wedding that radiated classic beauty with a fresh modern twist. They chose an enchanting palette of ivory white florals and natural emerald greenery, a combination that exudes elegance and sophistication. Every detail, from the ceremony aisle to the reception décor, reflected their vision perfectly.
The Ceremony
Held in The Driskill’s grand ballroom, the ceremony began with an aisle lined with lush arrangements of roses, hydrangeas, and seasonal blooms, accented by natural greenery. Gold hurricanes filled with soft candlelight added a romantic ambiance, guiding the couple to an arch draped in cascading florals. This bespoke floral arch became the centerpiece of their vows, blending seamlessly with the venue's timeless aesthetic.
The Reception Flip
Our team achieved the ultimate "flip," seamlessly transitioning the ceremony florals to create a stunning reception space. Every element was repurposed, ensuring sustainability without sacrificing luxury.
- The aisle arrangements were transformed into cascading designs on tall gold Harlow stands, adding height and drama to the reception tables.
- The candles that lined the aisle now created a glowing display at the base of the stands and on the tables.
- The ceremony arch became a breathtaking backdrop for the sweetheart table, seamlessly tying the room together.
- Ivory petals scattered at the aisle's base now graced the couple's cake table, complementing the towering creation by Waxler Cake Co.
This thoughtful approach not only maximized the floral designs but also underscored our commitment to providing value for our couples.

Kim + Bob
Kim and Bob's Driskill Spring Easter wedding was a flower lover's spring come true!!! With their colorful easter tones and abundance of in season flowers it was as if you were walking into their ceremony in the Maxamilian room/ field of flowers. Their ceremony and reception had all of the amazing smells and stunning looks between the Driskill's delicious food and our luxurious flowers overflowing from the tables! We lined flowers at the very front of the ceremony space in the room and down the aisle were various candle and tall flowers on our rental gold harlow stands. After the ceremony we moved the tall floral to the mantle and the room nooks to really create an elevated ambiance in the Driskill ballroom including room entrance. Every guest received a flower stem tucked into each of their napkins at their place setting to really bring that flower details to life and elevate the guests table setting.

Kelley + Coby
There is nothing more striking than Austin in the fall. Especially when you are out of the Austin downtown bustle and into the beautiful North Austin Barr Mansion Venue. Kalley and Coby got married this past fall at the mansion and we are still swooning over their Jewish ceremony chuppah complete with the most amazing fall tone flowers and greenery on our cedar 7 ft tall chuppah. The pampas grass accents were just the finish it needed to give the ceremony a fun fall flair. We used fall wedding tones with soft caramel undertones and warm whites and ivory's. The ceremony took place in front of the mansion under the sprawling oak tree while teh reception flowed into the barn for an amazing photo backdrop in front of our rental hedge wall step and repeat that was decked in rainbow flowers with our couple's neon sign that glowed "love is love" the most fun flower wall backdrop that guest could enjoy before dinner in the lawn under their strand lights. We used pillar candles, greenery, bud vases, and candles down their harvest table to give it a very warm, romantic, simple vibe.

Kim + Eric
Kim and Eric's beautiful spring time wedding. We had a mixture of short centerpieces and tall centerpieces by candlelight at Chateau Bellevue. We made sure to use classic elegant flowers to match the venue and surroundings.

KD + Riley Contigo Ranch Wedding
For KD & Riley, their love story wasn't just a dream—it was a wonderful life, brought to life in a stunning Texas Hill Country wedding at Contigo Ranch. The theme, inspired by their favorite movie, “It's a Wonderful Life,” was perfectly captured with the heartfelt message "Love you to the moon."
The color palette was a rich tapestry of deep burgundy tones, softened by subtle pinks and accented with classic navy. The floral arrangements were exquisite, bringing a romantic and sophisticated feel to the rustic setting. The reception was a feast for the eyes, with long harvest tables adorned with our LED gold tapered candles, casting a warm, elegant glow that highlighted the beautiful floral centerpieces. It was a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern elegance.
Every detail, from the decor to the stunning photographs by Photohouse Films, told the story of their love. This was a day filled with joy, laughter, and a love that truly felt like it would last a lifetime.
A huge congratulations to KD & Riley!

Keanna + Calvin
Calvin & Keanna's wedding day was one that we will always remember. The sun was shining, the fall breeze was a delight, and their love was radiant. Calvin loves flowers and wanted to provide their wedding day with something special which included dried field flowers and a hexagon arch made from an old barn from the farm. Keanna selected a beautiful fall palette of burgundy, ivory, burnt orange, and neutral tones. We repurposed the aisle arrangements for the guest table centerpieces and used the bride's bouquets down the head table. Such a lovely Halloween weekend wedding!

Kayla + Ben
Kayla and Ben had such a a warm timeless elegant wedding day at Brodie Homestead. We used our 7 ft arch wreath rental for the ceremony and had floral and greenery on each side flowing up and around the arch. The floral pedal stool Arrangements were re purposed to the guest table centerpiece filled with warm candles and clean white linens. We had simple smilax greenery cascading around and veining down into the head table.

Kate + Tucker
Kate & James originally planned for a wedding with over 100 guests at the Driskill Hotel, but COVID transformed their large wedding day into an intimate backyard wedding at Kate's house among their closest friends and family. The wedding was like something from a movie, warm lighting, lush petals, and all of the little details covered thoroughly thanks to Mrs.Planner (Coordinator). Kate selected an ivory, white, and blue color palette.
