800 Congress Havana Night
Stepping into Havana: A Tropical Corporate Event in Austin
Welcome to a spectacular corporate event that transported guests straight to a vibrant, tropical paradise! When Waterloo Creative brought us on board to design the floral and decor for a Havana Nights themed party at 800 Congress, the Jordan Flowers & Events team knew it was time to bring the heat. If you are looking for an austin florist to completely transform a space, this incredible austin party is the perfect inspiration.
The Grand Entrance
First impressions are everything. As guests walked into the venue, they were immediately greeted by a massive, show-stopping orchid and palm installation. We carefully selected the most vibrant fresh flower varieties to set an energetic, tropical mood from the very first step. Designing impactful entrance pieces is one of the many reasons we strive to be the best austin florist for immersive, experiential events.
Lush Tablescapes and Indoor Jungles
The main dining area was an absolute tropical dream. To create that authentic Havana club atmosphere, we designed towering large palm arrangements displayed on elegant gold stands, drawing the eye upward toward the incredible atmosphere created by Austin Event Lighting.
Down the center of the gorgeous green tables, we placed lush tropical flowers and scattered candles everywhere. The warm, flickering candlelight glowing against the rich linens, woven rattan chargers, and modern pink chairs created an incredibly inviting ambiance. As an experienced austin event florist, we love playing with height, texture, and light to bring a theme to life.
To complete the immersive Havana vibe, we brought in loads of our fresh palm tree and plant rental options. Surrounding the dining space with vibrant greenery completely turned the industrial-chic venue into a lush, indoor jungle. This is exactly what top-tier austin event floral and decor looks like!
Bringing Your Vision to Life
Whether you need stunning austin flowers for a themed gala, or comprehensive austin even rentals and decor for your next big bash, our team is ready to make it happen. We pride ourselves on providing the best austin flowers and design expertise for any occasion, ensuring your event is completely unforgettable.

Austin Symphony Orchestra atJunior League
A Maestro's Dream: Vibrant Floral Design for the Austin Symphony Orchestra
When bringing a visionary theme to life, the right combination of design, lighting, and spectacular blooms makes all the difference. We recently had the incredible opportunity to serve as the event florist for a breathtaking evening supporting the Austin Symphony Orchestra at the Junior League of Austin. Masterfully planned by Pink Cactus Productions, this unforgettable texas event was a true celebration of artistry, where the musical genius of the past met the vibrant energy of the future.
Surreal Design Meets Historical Inspiration
The event's theme, "Maestro's Dream: Journey Through Time", called for an imaginative and immersive atmosphere. As your dedicated austin florist, we stepped away from traditional palettes and fully embraced bright, vibrant colors, utilizing striking shades of fuchsia, pink, purple, and teal.
Our tablescapes were designed to be conversation starters. We incorporated surrealist, time-bending elements like melting clocks nestled directly into the lush centerpieces alongside classic hourglasses. To honor the historical music influences, elegant gold frames featuring classical portraits were paired with bright teal vases bursting with deep purple and magenta blooms. To complete the moody, theatrical glow, we illuminated the vibrant austin flowers using our stunning collection of candelabras, classic pillar candles, and gold mercury pillar candles.
An Immersive Floral Experience
Providing the best austin event flowers means creating a sensory journey from the very first step inside the venue. Guests were immediately greeted by the enchanting sounds of a live harpist, seated on a podium completely enveloped in full, lush floral arrangements.
As attendees moved toward the main entertainment space, the stage served as a breathtaking focal point. We framed the entire stage with magnificent blooms resting on top of facades, with flowers dramatically cascading down the front of our rental columns. This seamless integration of fresh botanicals and premium rental decor perfectly bridged the gap between architecture and nature, showcasing exactly what the best luxury flower and florists can bring to a large-scale production.
A Symphony of Event Partners
A production of this magnitude requires an ensemble of incredible vendors. Ilios Lighting brought the "future meets past" vision to life with custom illumination, while Party at the Moontower and Premiere Events provided the exquisite lounge furnishings and foundational event rentals. Guests enjoyed culinary masterpieces by Soho Catering and were captivated by the strolling entertainment and whimsical performers from Artisan Oddities.
Of course, the magic of our event rental flowers and the vibrant energy of the night were flawlessly captured by the talented lenses of @erikarichphoto and @kellyzhuphoto.
Creating this time-bending, musical dreamscape was an absolute joy for our floral team.

Kamryn+Garrett's Driskill Wedding
✨ Timeless Romance Meets Historic Grandeur: Kamryn and Garret's Driskill Wedding
There are few places in Austin that capture the essence of Texas history and timeless luxury quite like The Driskill . When we had the honor of providing the flowers and decor for Kamryn and Garret’s wedding day, our goal was to create an atmosphere that felt both grandly traditional and intimately romantic, perfectly complementing the couple's personal style and the hotel’s iconic architecture.
The day was a masterclass in elegant coordination, thanks to a phenomenal team of vendors who worked seamlessly to bring every detail to life.
The Floral Vision: Classic White and Lush Greenery
Kamryn and Garret chose a breathtakingly classic palette of creamy white blooms and rich, textural greenery. This combination is always a perfect match for the Driskill's ornate ballrooms and dramatic ceilings.
We focused on creating high-impact installations that drew the eye upward and maximized the vertical space of the venue. For a truly unforgettable atmosphere, we accented the iconic architecture of the venue. Above the main area, we created a breathtaking floral canopy by adorning the existing gilded chandeliers with cascades of white roses and orchids (as seen in the ). Additionally, the grand fireplace mantle was transformed with a lush, sprawling garland of greenery and white roses, flanked by elegant white pedestals holding structural arrangements, setting a classic and romantic focal point in the room (as seen in the ).
The ceremony area was defined by abundant floral pillars, framing the couple with a cascade of roses and hydrangeas. In the reception space, we utilized tall, graceful centerpieces that blended structural elegance with organic softness, ensuring the room felt lush and celebratory without being cluttered. Every element, from the bridal bouquet to the small details on the cocktail tables, was designed to contribute to a cohesive and utterly romantic environment.
A Seamless Event at an Iconic Venue
The Driskill is more than just a venue; it is a character in the wedding day story. The Driskill team ensured every moment, from the catering to the service, was executed with renowned elegance. Guiding the entire process was the incredibly organized team from Eclipse Event Co.
The energy of the reception was unforgettable. Music was provided by the fantastic Love & Happiness band, managed by Drew Davis, whose high-energy performance kept the dance floor packed all night. The celebration was filled with unique touches, including delicious treats from Fancy Fluf cotton candy, and late-night fun with video games provided by Game Plan—a perfect blend of tradition and modern excitement.
Every gorgeous detail of the day was expertly captured by Fallon Stoval Photography (Fallon Stoval) , whose timeless style perfectly matched the elegant tone of the wedding. Meanwhile, Sound Originals was on hand to document the memories in video form.
The day concluded with Kamryn and Garret making their grand exit in a classic send-off car provided by ATX Classic Cars, marking a perfect end to a beautiful celebration of love.
It was an honor for Jordan Flowers & Events to contribute to Kamryn and Garret’s wedding, creating the floral and decor backdrop for their unforgettable day at the Driskill.

Lissette + Daniel
Lissette and Daniel had a beautiful burgundy, navy, with blush and white accent wedding at The Milestone at Georgetown. They had a very clean simplistic modern style wedding, with eclectic centerpiece mixture of flowers, greenery, and candles to create a romantic warm guest table ambiance.

Lee + Taylor
Lee and Taylor's wedding day was such a unique dream come true. Taylor had such lovely organically rich tones that with natural accents and a modern twist. Their wedding day was at Hidden Falls Event Center. We used natural simple greenery smilax around the chandeliers, beams, stairwell. Then on the head tables a mixture of bud vases, tall arrangements on our gold rental harlow stands with floral sitting on top cascading down. Between the tall floral stands, were tapered candles, votive candles, floral bud vases, and a bay leaf greenery table runner. At every guest setting there was a hammered copper charger, topped with a satin black napkin, copper napkin holder, custom clear acrylic name tags with a rose gold brush background, topped with a pay leaf greenery accent, and sugar cookie with the couples initials. For the guest round tables the centerpieces were in beautiful round black urns. The sweetheart table had an elongated boat urn with an asymmetrical design and pillar candles on each side. We enjoyed the moody romantic vibes, and it fit perfectly for their fall wedding day weekend.

Lauren + Scott
Lauren and Scott had a boho blue dream come true wedding at The Hummingbird House. Our goal was to have greys. blue, and whites that were whimsy and flowed down in front to show off the floral. With the season being fall we wanted to have a very moody but natural feel. The couple had dusty blue, navy and grey as their wedding day colors. We loved the theme of the wedding from the ceremony arbor flowers to the candlelit guest table reception pieces, it was the perfect fall wedding day in the Austin, Texas area.

Kinsley +Cort Arlo Wedding
🤍 A Day of Timeless Romance: Kinsley & Cort's Wedding at The Arlo 💖
Last weekend, we had the immense pleasure of bringing Kinsley and Cort's wedding vision to life at the breathtaking The Arlo. Their day was a masterclass in classic romance, executed with stunning simplicity and elegance, proving that some styles truly never fade.
The Timeless Palette: White, Ivory & Blush
Kinsley and Cort opted for a classic and timeless color palette, a choice that created an atmosphere of pure sophistication:
- White and Ivory: Provided a clean, elegant foundation, lending an ethereal quality to the entire celebration.
- Blush Pink: Introduced a soft, romantic warmth, adding dimension and a touch of sweetness without overwhelming the sophisticated aesthetic.
Designing the Reception Atmosphere
To give the reception space depth and drama, we utilized a beautiful mix of floral heights and luminous elements across the tables:
- Mixed Centerpiece Heights: We created visual interest by designing a mixture of centerpieces. This included high clear glass arrangements that soared above the tables, and accompanying low floral arrangements nestled close to the tabletop.
- Candlelight Ambiance: To complete the romantic mood, we incorporated candles all between the flowers. The soft, flickering light reflected off the clear glass and the delicate blush and ivory petals, casting a warm, intimate glow over the entire celebration.
The Petite Bouquet Trend
One detail that really stood out and aligned with an emerging trend was Kinsley's bouquet. Moving away from overly dramatic, sprawling arrangements, Kinsley chose a more petite bouquet. This style offers a refined, intentional look. It's elegant, easier to carry, and draws attention to the bride's natural beauty and gown, making a subtle yet powerful statement—a trend we are seeing more and more of!
A Dream Team of Vendors
A wedding this flawless is only possible with a talented, coordinated team. It was a privilege to work alongside these incredible professionals:
- Coordinator: Kayla Shay Events ensured every detail was executed with grace and precision.
- Catering: The culinary experience was expertly handled by Crave Catering.
- Beauty: Kinsley's exquisite look was perfected by Blushed Makeup.
- Photo & Video: PhotoHouse Films captured every timeless moment.
- Rentals: The beautiful settings were provided by Premiere Events Rentals.
- Music: The atmosphere was elevated by the beautiful sounds provided by Sheridan Reed Music.
Kinsley and Cort's wedding at The Arlo was truly a vision of classic romance realized. Congratulations to the beautiful couple!

Kristen + Nick
Like many bride's and groom's to be, Kristen and Nick's 2020 wedding day plans were changed due to COVID. However, Kristen and Nick instead decided to have an intimate wedding ceremony at Laguna Gloria in Austin with family and close friends and have a second wedding in 2021 with their extended friends and family. Their wedding day was such a sweet beautiful day and one no one will forget. We used burnt orange pops to represent The University of Texas and Ivory O'hara garden roses to contrast while bringing romance into the hand held bouquet. Kylee + Nelson Canyonwood Ridge
Kylee & Nelson had such a beautiful bright and cheery wedding at Canyonwood Ridge in Dropping Springs, Texas. With views of the hill country, hanging greenery from the chandeliers brought the beautiful hill country inside as well. They had smilax around their 7ft wreath arch with floral on the ground on each side that was moved to the cake table after and our beautiful gold rental harlow stands with floral that sat on top and cascaded down that was also brought inside after the ceremony and used on the head table. The bridesmaids wore light blue so we added some blue thistle accents to highlight their dress color and added fun peach and coral pops to make the bouquets, corsages, and boutonnieres pop. The ceremony was outside under the venue's arbor and reception inside following.

Kristen + Nick
On the outskirts of Austin, on a hillside overlooking Lake Travis lies Vintage Villas. The ultimate wedding weekend destination wedding venue. From the arbor with wisteria that vines around and the shaded ceremony area to the beautiful hanging chandeliers inside, this venue just needs some greenery, floral and candle light and you are good to go! Kristen & Nick, had a intimate COVID wedding and postponed their wedding to November to celebrate with their friends and family. We loved their colorful palette with mixed fall toffee roses accents and warm toned mums. Her bridesmaids wore airy colorful tones that were all different but matching and their bouquets tied everything together. For their reception we reused their ceremony flower toppers and used naturally whimsy greenery on the chandeliers, tables, and easels to give every table a natural romantic but simple touch. Kristen provided gold geo candle centerpieces that she crafted herself with an LED pillar candle and we designed eucalyptus greenery mix wreath around them with flower accents and table numbers. For the head table we designed a 24 foot long silver dollar eucalyptus greenery garland runner and used Kristen's candles and bridesmaids bouquets reused down the table. So beautiful and perfect.

Kimmie Jean Boutique Floral Installation
It is always so special to add flowers, texture, and art design to a shop not just for an event but every day. We soo loved being able to have a helping hand in Kimmie Jean Boutique a cute little boutique located 45 miles south of Austin. The shop had bare cinderblock gray walls and they needed something fun and beautiful to soften the atmosphere and add charm. We used our rental disco balls for the large grapevine doorway entrance that curved across the top down to the floor and combined with her logo on their shoe wall to give it a more feminine feel. We did white flowers and pampas that faded to light pink and got darker at the bottom and had fun disco ball accents through both floral shop installations. The grapevine was designed to be seasonal so after the shop opening, we will be creating a show stopping white wintery Christmas shop charm at the end of the fall season. Every great shop needs a great work of art or something to captivate the attention of whomever walks by, this was our and we were so happy to be able to bring Kimmie Jean's dream shop flower installation to life!

Kellen & Tyler
A Timeless Wedding at The Driskill: Classic Elegance with Ivory and Emerald Florals
When our Austin-based flower and décor production team set out to design this wedding, we knew it would be a masterpiece of timeless elegance. From the iconic charm of The Driskill, where history meets grandeur, to the flawless execution by some of Austin's best vendors, this day was truly unforgettable.
The couple envisioned a wedding that radiated classic beauty with a fresh modern twist. They chose an enchanting palette of ivory white florals and natural emerald greenery, a combination that exudes elegance and sophistication. Every detail, from the ceremony aisle to the reception décor, reflected their vision perfectly.
The Ceremony
Held in The Driskill’s grand ballroom, the ceremony began with an aisle lined with lush arrangements of roses, hydrangeas, and seasonal blooms, accented by natural greenery. Gold hurricanes filled with soft candlelight added a romantic ambiance, guiding the couple to an arch draped in cascading florals. This bespoke floral arch became the centerpiece of their vows, blending seamlessly with the venue's timeless aesthetic.
The Reception Flip
Our team achieved the ultimate "flip," seamlessly transitioning the ceremony florals to create a stunning reception space. Every element was repurposed, ensuring sustainability without sacrificing luxury.
- The aisle arrangements were transformed into cascading designs on tall gold Harlow stands, adding height and drama to the reception tables.
- The candles that lined the aisle now created a glowing display at the base of the stands and on the tables.
- The ceremony arch became a breathtaking backdrop for the sweetheart table, seamlessly tying the room together.
- Ivory petals scattered at the aisle's base now graced the couple's cake table, complementing the towering creation by Waxler Cake Co.
This thoughtful approach not only maximized the floral designs but also underscored our commitment to providing value for our couples.

Kim + Bob
Kim and Bob's Driskill Spring Easter wedding was a flower lover's spring come true!!! With their colorful easter tones and abundance of in season flowers it was as if you were walking into their ceremony in the Maxamilian room/ field of flowers. Their ceremony and reception had all of the amazing smells and stunning looks between the Driskill's delicious food and our luxurious flowers overflowing from the tables! We lined flowers at the very front of the ceremony space in the room and down the aisle were various candle and tall flowers on our rental gold harlow stands. After the ceremony we moved the tall floral to the mantle and the room nooks to really create an elevated ambiance in the Driskill ballroom including room entrance. Every guest received a flower stem tucked into each of their napkins at their place setting to really bring that flower details to life and elevate the guests table setting.
