Visit Austin Giveback Gig SkyBox
What an absolute honor it was to be part of the Visit Austin Foundation’s incredible celebration. We had the distinct pleasure of stepping up as a sponsor for the Give Back Gig 2026, and honestly, we had the absolute best time supporting such an incredible cause.
Held on Wednesday, April 29, 2026, at the stunning SKYBOX on 6th, the Give Back Gig 2026 celebrated Austin’s vibrant culinary scene through a one-of-a-kind tasting experience. This beautiful evening brought together some of the city’s most acclaimed chefs with rising talent from the Austin ISD Culinary and Hospitality Program. As a team that deeply values creativity and professional development, seeing the passion, dedication, and raw talent from these students was incredibly inspiring. As a trusted partner for luxury corporate event flowers and rental needs, we love playing a part in helping these aspiring professionals build their futures.
A Night of Exceptional Culinary Artistry and Community
The heart of this evening highlighted the power of food, mentorship, and community while showcasing the next generation of Austin’s culinary leaders. Guests enjoyed a spectacular collaborative tasting menu developed by participating chefs and students, specialty beverages, and live entertainment that reflected Austin’s signature culture of food, music, and hospitality.
The 2026 culinary lineup featured an incredible group of local culinary legends:
Chef Amanda Turner of Olamaie
Chef Mark Dayanandan of Hilton Austin
Chef Rick Lopez of La Condesa
Chef Ali Clem of la Barbecue
Chef Tavel Bristol-Joseph of Canje
Chef Kevin Cannon of Barley Swine
The evening was hosted by special guest and emcee Mando Rayo of United Tacos of America, who helped guide a program centered on culinary storytelling, mentorship, and Austin’s hospitality community. Guests were also treated to incredible live music from The Watters during the VIP experience, followed by an amazing main event performance by DJ Chorizo Funk.
All proceeds from the Give Back Gig directly supported the Visit Austin Foundation, Good Work Austin, and Urban Roots. These funds advance vital scholarships, mentorship, education, job training, workforce development, and community impact across Austin’s hospitality and culinary industries.
Designing Magic: The Mid-Air Floral Pour
When it came to bringing our own creative touch to SKYBOX on 6th, we wanted to design something that felt truly whimsical, textural, and grand. Our goal is always to demonstrate why we strive to be the best event florist in austin by pushing the boundaries of traditional event design.
Our favorite part of the evening’s setup was a massive floral installation that brought a touch of natural wonder indoors. We designed and suspended a mid-air flower tin installation, crafted to look as though it was magically pouring a vibrant waterfall of blossoms directly into the room.
Connecting this floating focal point was a lush, sweeping greenery garland that stretched over 500 feet long, weaving its way through the venue and bringing the entire environment to life. This type of large-scale flower and decor rental design requires precise execution, and our team handled the entire floral, decor, set up, breakdown, delivery seamlessly to ensure the venue looked flawless from start to finish.
From intimate high-profile gatherings to massive galas fundraiser events, creating unforgettable atmospheres through living art is our true passion. We love collaborating with local organizations to elevate the scenic landscape of our community.
A massive thank you to the incredible teams who captured the energy and beauty of this unforgettable evening so perfectly.

Winter Wonderland at the Driskill
The event of the year! This wedding was such an elegant white winter wood spin on an elegant wedding at the Driskill Hotel. We used silver accents, mirrors, snow, pine cones, and all white floral for the head table centerpieces. Natural wood paired with glitzy shiny crystals, silver ting, and snow. Winter weddings are always such a delight to celebrate Christmas as well a wedding with your closest friends and family.

Lauren + Scott
Lauren and Scott had a boho blue dream come true wedding at The Hummingbird House. Our goal was to have greys. blue, and whites that were whimsy and flowed down in front to show off the floral. With the season being fall we wanted to have a very moody but natural feel. The couple had dusty blue, navy and grey as their wedding day colors. We loved the theme of the wedding from the ceremony arbor flowers to the candlelit guest table reception pieces, it was the perfect fall wedding day in the Austin, Texas area.

Kate & James
Kate & James had such a beautiful spring time wedding at he Vineyard's at Chapel Lodge! The field was in full bloom. We used white's and ivory's with hill country greenery. For the guest table centerpieces we used our rental geo gold prisms with flowers and gold mercury candles. While the gold geo prisms added a modern feel, our flowers in wooden boxes mixed with cowhide rugs were a perfect combo for a Texas elegant classic wedding.

Wedding Shower
One Eleven East is such a unique venue to be able to host any party or event. This event was one of them. Our pink and black with gold accent theme was so much fun. We had fuchsia pops that really highlighted the greenery on white simple accents. Great for showers, engagements, parties, or weddings, this fun theme was by far one of the cutest events we designed floral for.

Kristen + Nick
Like many bride's and groom's to be, Kristen and Nick's 2020 wedding day plans were changed due to COVID. However, Kristen and Nick instead decided to have an intimate wedding ceremony at Laguna Gloria in Austin with family and close friends and have a second wedding in 2021 with their extended friends and family. Their wedding day was such a sweet beautiful day and one no one will forget. We used burnt orange pops to represent The University of Texas and Ivory O'hara garden roses to contrast while bringing romance into the hand held bouquet. Lissette + Daniel
Lissette and Daniel had a beautiful burgundy, navy, with blush and white accent wedding at The Milestone at Georgetown. They had a very clean simplistic modern style wedding, with eclectic centerpiece mixture of flowers, greenery, and candles to create a romantic warm guest table ambiance.

Tom + Lauren Blanton Museum Wedding
Modern, sleek, romantic. Tom + Lauren had such an amazing wedding at The Blanton Museum. Using ikebana styled arrangements as the centerpieces with seasonal callas created an artistic Japanese touch. We loved their simple color pallet of white and deep natural greenery but especially loved the ceremony arch installation against the deep blue wall.

Keanna + Calvin
Calvin & Keanna's wedding day was one that we will always remember. The sun was shining, the fall breeze was a delight, and their love was radiant. Calvin loves flowers and wanted to provide their wedding day with something special which included dried field flowers and a hexagon arch made from an old barn from the farm. Keanna selected a beautiful fall palette of burgundy, ivory, burnt orange, and neutral tones. We repurposed the aisle arrangements for the guest table centerpieces and used the bride's bouquets down the head table. Such a lovely Halloween weekend wedding!

Kate + Tucker
Kate & James originally planned for a wedding with over 100 guests at the Driskill Hotel, but COVID transformed their large wedding day into an intimate backyard wedding at Kate's house among their closest friends and family. The wedding was like something from a movie, warm lighting, lush petals, and all of the little details covered thoroughly thanks to Mrs.Planner (Coordinator). Kate selected an ivory, white, and blue color palette.

Ana + James
We are soo in love with this blue and white with lemon yellow floral for Ana and Jame's classic outdoor wedding at Mercury Hall. We made sure to use lemon accents and used blue delphenium to bring out the blue pops in the antebellum print linens. Such clean, classic, bright, and beautiful garden party.
